**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Oodle AI?**

Oodle stands out for how well it brings logs, metrics, and alerts together in a single, developer-friendly interface. Rather than bouncing between multiple tools, I can correlate signals in one place, which has noticeably improved our debugging and incident response workflow.

The integrated AI is genuinely useful. It doesn’t just surface anomalies—it also helps interpret what they mean and suggests possible root causes. That saves a lot of time compared with manually digging through raw logs and metrics.

I’ve also found the MCP integration to be powerful for querying observability data and automating related workflows, which makes repetitive tasks much easier.

From a UI/UX perspective, the product feels clean and intuitive, and performance has been reliable even with high data volumes. On top of that, onboarding is quick, and the overall efficiency gains make it feel like a strong ROI for engineering teams.

**What do you dislike about Oodle AI?**

As the platform continues to evolve, it would be helpful to have more detailed documentation and practical examples for some of the newer AI and MCP capabilities, so developers can better understand them and fully leverage the platform’s potential.

**What problems is Oodle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oodle AI addresses the problem of fragmented observability by bringing logs, metrics, and alerts into a single, AI-driven workflow. Previously, debugging meant jumping between multiple tools and manually correlating data, which was both time-consuming and inefficient.

With Oodle, the integrated AI helps me quickly spot anomalies, correlate signals, and suggest likely root causes, which has significantly reduced our mean time to resolution (MTTR). As a result, our incident response has improved, and overall system reliability has benefited as well.

It also cuts down the manual effort involved in querying and analyzing data through MCP and its automation capabilities, so I can spend more time fixing issues instead of just investigating them. Overall, it has streamlined our debugging process and boosted developer productivity.

**Official Response from Oodle Team:**

> Thanks for the in-depth review, Nishant!

At Oodle we have been using Oodle AI agent as our daily driver, so your observations resonate a lot. Do let us know how we can make it even more powerful!

We have got good news for you on the docs front too: for quick bite-sized videos we have launched Oodle University (https://www.oodle.ai/resources/university), and we're continuously making the inbuilt AI more and more knowledgeable about all Oodle's own capabilities, so the AI can also help in explaining new features.

  ### 2. Reliable, cost-efficient observability platform that just works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhur S. | Senior DevOps Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Oodle AI?**

Oodle helped us consolidate logs, metrics, and traces into a single managed platform, replacing multiple tools and significantly reducing operational overhead. The biggest win for us has been performance: dashboards and long-range queries that used to lag are now consistently fast. On top of that, we’ve seen ~3x cost savings compared to our previous setup, which has made a noticeable difference at scale. The platform has also been extremely reliable for us over the past 1.5+ years.

**What do you dislike about Oodle AI?**

I don’t have much to complain about when it comes to stability or performance. If anything, since it’s a relatively newer platform, some of the more advanced features and broader ecosystem integrations still feel like they’re evolving compared with more mature incumbents. Even so, the core functionality has been reliable and solid for our use case.

**What problems is Oodle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Oodle, we were juggling multiple observability tools (including self-hosted Prometheus and others), which created operational complexity and drove up costs. Oodle streamlined this by offering a unified, fully managed solution that removed infrastructure overhead and reduced tool sprawl.

As a result, we’ve seen faster debugging and incident resolution thanks to quicker queries and easier access to the data we need. We’ve also achieved significant cost optimization, with our observability spend dropping to about one-third of what it was. On top of that, reliability has improved, and we haven’t had any downtime concerns so far.

Overall, Oodle helps the team spend more time on engineering problems and less time maintaining observability infrastructure.

**Official Response from Oodle Team:**

> Wow, these are glowing words, thanks Madhur!

It is awesome to see tool-consolidation, cost-effectiveness, and faster incident resolution all play out in such a harmony in your setup :)

I’ve had a great experience using Oodle, especially when it comes to monitoring and analyzing service performance. The platform offers a wide range of analytics and customizable dashboards that make it easy to visualize key metrics and gain meaningful insights.

One of the standout aspects for me is its robust logging capability. It provides the level of detail needed to effectively track, debug, and troubleshoot issues across services. This has been extremely valuable in identifying root causes and improving overall system reliability.

The user interface is clean, intuitive, and very easy to navigate. I was able to quickly set up multiple dashboards tailored to different services and seamlessly correlate data when investigating issues.

Additionally, during one of our setup challenges, the Oodle team proactively reached out and guided me through the process. Their support was prompt and helpful, which made a big difference in resolving the issue efficiently.

Overall, Oodle strikes a great balance between powerful functionality and user-friendly design, making it a reliable tool for service monitoring and performance analysis.

**What do you dislike about Oodle AI?**

One area where Oodle could improve is its search functionality. At times, it doesn’t work as expected, making it difficult to quickly find specific logs or data points. Enhancing the accuracy and reliability of search would significantly improve the overall user experience.

**What problems is Oodle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oodle AI addresses key challenges around log monitoring and service observability. Previously, we were using Amazon CloudWatch, where navigating and analyzing logs was often cumbersome. The interface was not very intuitive, especially for new developers, making it harder to quickly debug issues or gain insights.

With Oodle, these challenges are significantly reduced. The platform provides a much more user-friendly interface along with powerful search, logging, and dashboard capabilities. ### 5. AI Summaries Save Time—No More Digging Through Logs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya P. | Senior Software Engineer 2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Oodle AI?**

I’ve been using Oodle for some time. Beyond the core problems it helps solve, I’ve especially been liking the AI summary feature lately. It means I don’t have to dig through all the logs just to pinpoint the problem.

**What do you dislike about Oodle AI?**

A little bit on the UI part, can be made better, and also things can be made more intuitive, eg, the filters are great, but the search bar isn’t very intuitive, and it’s not immediately clear how you’re supposed to use it. I’d also love an “expand all” button that opens all the logs currently visible on the screen, instead of having to click each one individually when I’m trying to find something in the raw log. As it stands, the only other option is to add a filter, but that’s a multi-step process right now.

**What problems is Oodle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apart from helping us setup proper alters with integrations like pagerduty and the newer ones like incident.io, the biggest problem it solves for me is visibility, having logs from all services collected in one place. I also recently heard that the MCP server with Claude is now available. I haven’t tried it yet, but if it works the way I’m expecting, it should significantly reduce debugging time and provide much better analysis than what we can do manually, which would ultimately save a lot of time and effort.

**Official Response from Oodle Team:**

> Thanks Aditya for your feedback.

We have made improvements in Logs search bar to show example queries and also auto-complete for the queries as users type. This should help with improved usability.

  ### 6. Oodle AI Unifies Cloud Logs with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aniket K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Oodle AI?**

I use Oodle AI for observability across all the clouds, which includes tracing, logging, metrics, and alerts. I love that Oodle AI acts as a single point where I can see all logs from all customers, which means I don't worry about logging into different platforms or cloud providers. It provides a unified interface where I can see traces and log in, and it has some cool AI features. The dashboards in Oodle AI are very good, and I can build one in less time. I can set up alerts on these dashboards, and observe how my infrastructure and features are performing. The trace section is very detailed, especially when compared to CloudWatch. Also, the initial setup of Oodle AI was very easy, as I didn't have to change my code much and migrating existing data was simple.

**What do you dislike about Oodle AI?**

When we search logs using terms over a large time range, the query is slow and sometimes errors out. Though this does not happen very frequently. We cannot use database query page in Oodle as the browser freezes and we are unable to continue. Giving ability to run some queries on top of data would be very useful than having a list page.

**What problems is Oodle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Oodle AI as a single point for observability, replacing separate tools like CloudWatch and Google Cloud Logging. It unifies logs, traces, and metrics across clouds, simplifying our workflow.

**Official Response from Oodle Team:**

> Thanks for the kind words Aniket!

Glad to see you don't need to juggle multiple tools anymore. If you ever find yourself needing to consult CloudWatch or Google Cloud Logging, just drop us a line!

By the way, we have fixed the UI speed issues with the database queries page, do give it another go :)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Oodle AI?**

We have seen close to 50% reduction in our observability costs after moving to Oodle AI, which is already a big win. But what stands out even more is how well Oodle suports our growing AI-driven workloads. As we have started relying more on AI agents, the volume of logs and telemetry has increased significantly. Oodle AI handles this seamlessly. We can log far more data without worrying about cost or performance, which directly helps us improve our AI systems faster.

**What do you dislike about Oodle AI?**

They are young and fast moving company, so things do ocasionally break as they ship quickly. That said, they are extremely responsive. Most issues are acknowledged and addressed within minutes over slack.

**What problems is Oodle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oodle AI reduces our observability costs by at least 50%, simplifies tool complexity, and enables all engineers to handle debugging. We can also log high-volume data from our AI agent and it centralizes logs and metrics, improves collaboration, and allows us to focus on building our product without worrying about observability.

**Official Response from Oodle Team:**

> Thanks for the glowing review Suman!

Great to see you using Oodle in an AI-forward, AI-first way. We strongly believe that AI agents are going to need more and more telemetry, and our storage and query engines are built from the ground up, taking the massive scales into account.

  ### 8. Streamlined Metrics and Alert Management with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Oodle AI?**

I use Oodle AI primarily to view metrics of applications and manage alerting. I find that the UI makes it easy to view all the different clusters and environments with just a single click. Creating and editing new dashboards and alerts is simple, with few difficulties. The integration with PagerDuty is great; I can quickly click on the Oodle link to view metrics without having to manually check each environment. I like how easy Oodle AI is to use. I can create individual panes for dashboards with any query easily, and the same simplicity applies to alerting. Different integrations, like those with PagerDuty and OpenTelemetry, are straightforward and just require an API key. There's a lot of flexibility in how I can implement my tasks, and it’s generally easy no matter what I want to do.

**What do you dislike about Oodle AI?**

Oodle AI can be very slow. Sometimes it takes a while for things to load, and scrolling can feel very sluggish. Another small complaint is with the PagerDuty integration; even though there's a separate warning and critical, the warning alerts as a critical. So to get around that, I had to make different notifiers for each, which is not the end of the world but it can be better.

**What problems is Oodle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Oodle AI to easily view application metrics and manage alerts. It simplifies data viewing and integrates with PagerDuty, making monitoring seamless and reducing manual checks. The intuitive UI makes creating dashboards and alerts straightforward with minimal effort.

We at WisdomAI use Oodle as our observability platform. Using Oodle has been amazing. We used to use Cloudwatch and GCP logs explorer and we hated using it. Once we started using Oodle, we knew there was no going back - it is very simple and easy to use.

I personally use Oodle's MCP server a lot. It is a game changer. I don't need to manually add filters and look at logs, understand them, and then root cause the issue - I let Cursor do it for me. The tools in the MCP server are very intuitive as well, so any agent can easily use it without needing to add much context.

The engineering time at Oodle is second to none. Most bugs reported get resolved within a few hours.

The setup was simple as well - it didn't take us more than a day to get going and once we used it, we didn't take more than a week to take a decision.

I would highly recommend giving Oodle a shot.

**What do you dislike about Oodle AI?**

To be honest, none! It's great and I haven't had a lot of problems using it.

**What problems is Oodle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Single stop solution for all telemetry signals - we use Oodle for logs, metrics, traces, database monitoring, and alerting.
2. Oodle Copilot - learning and using PromQL is a pain, but Oodle's assistant acts as a copilot on the page that we are on and can take actions on our behalf. I just prompt it to create a dashboard containing these panels and it just works. It is magical.
3. cmd+k palette - If I am looking at logs for example and I need to show/hide some field for every log, or add a filter - I don't need to do that manually, I just press cmd+k and type it there and everything just works - it's so seamless.

**Official Response from Oodle Team:**

> Thanks Tanish! We deeply appreciate the effusive words that don't hold back on concrete details!

🎁 Over the last couple of months, every feature that you love, has gotten even better:

  ### 11. Seamless Integration, Needs UI Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aneesh A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Oodle AI?**

I use Oodle AI mainly for ingesting logs from my software stack and querying them to monitor system health and handle issues. It works seamlessly with our AI tools like Claude code and Cursor, making integration easy and cost-effective. What I like most is the ease of integration with Claude code, as I don't need to learn another query language; I can explain what I need in natural language and let Oodle AI handle the rest. Setting up infrastructure through Claude is smooth, like setting up dashboards or configuring metrics for visualizations.

**What do you dislike about Oodle AI?**

The UI itself can feel very sluggish at certain points, and the UX is a bit inconsistent in some places. For example, I often find that while configuring filters for a query, the query starts before I really intended, and there's no way for me to stop the query until it's done. It can also slow down when viewing a broad query over a wide time range. An explicit play/stop button when running queries would be helpful. Also, there are improvements needed to the log pipeline - for example, there's no obvious way in the UI to edit the execution order of steps in the pipeline.

**What problems is Oodle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Oodle AI for ingesting logs and metrics, enabling seamless integration with AI tools, which makes observing system health and resolving issues easy. It's cost-efficient and I like that I can use natural language for queries, simplifying the process significantly.

**Official Response from Oodle Team:**
