"Efficient Incident Debugging with AI-Driven Observability"
What do you like best about Oodle AI?

Oodle stands out for how well it brings logs, metrics, and alerts together in a single, developer-friendly interface. Rather than bouncing between multiple tools, I can correlate signals in one place, which has noticeably improved our debugging and incident response workflow.

The integrated AI is genuinely useful. It doesn’t just surface anomalies—it also helps interpret what they mean and suggests possible root causes. That saves a lot of time compared with manually digging through raw logs and metrics.

I’ve also found the MCP integration to be powerful for querying observability data and automating related workflows, which makes repetitive tasks much easier.

From a UI/UX perspective, the product feels clean and intuitive, and performance has been reliable even with high data volumes. On top of that, onboarding is quick, and the overall efficiency gains make it feel like a strong ROI for engineering teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oodle AI?

As the platform continues to evolve, it would be helpful to have more detailed documentation and practical examples for some of the newer AI and MCP capabilities, so developers can better understand them and fully leverage the platform’s potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, cost-efficient observability platform that just works"
What do you like best about Oodle AI?

Oodle helped us consolidate logs, metrics, and traces into a single managed platform, replacing multiple tools and significantly reducing operational overhead. The biggest win for us has been performance: dashboards and long-range queries that used to lag are now consistently fast. On top of that, we’ve seen ~3x cost savings compared to our previous setup, which has made a noticeable difference at scale. The platform has also been extremely reliable for us over the past 1.5+ years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oodle AI?

I don’t have much to complain about when it comes to stability or performance. If anything, since it’s a relatively newer platform, some of the more advanced features and broader ecosystem integrations still feel like they’re evolving compared with more mature incumbents. Even so, the core functionality has been reliable and solid for our use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-First Observability That Unifies Logs, Metrics, and Traces"
What do you like best about Oodle AI?

Oodle AI stands out for its AI-first approach to observability, particularly in the way it correlates logs, metrics, and traces to surface meaningful insights. This noticeably reduces the effort involved in production debugging and helps teams pinpoint issues more quickly. Having everything in a unified platform also streamlines the overall observability stack by cutting down the need to rely on multiple tools. OpenTelemetry support is another clear strength, making integration with existing systems smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oodle AI?

The AI-driven insights are powerful, but more transparency around how those insights are generated would help build trust, especially during critical incidents. I’d also appreciate greater flexibility for manual, deep-dive analysis alongside the AI recommendations, as that would make the overall experience better for advanced users. "Robust Analytics and Logging, but Search Can Be Unreliable"
What do you like best about Oodle AI?

I’ve had a great experience using Oodle, especially when it comes to monitoring and analyzing service performance. The platform offers a wide range of analytics and customizable dashboards that make it easy to visualize key metrics and gain meaningful insights.

One of the standout aspects for me is its robust logging capability. It provides the level of detail needed to effectively track, debug, and troubleshoot issues across services. This has been extremely valuable in identifying root causes and improving overall system reliability.

The user interface is clean, intuitive, and very easy to navigate. I was able to quickly set up multiple dashboards tailored to different services and seamlessly correlate data when investigating issues.

Additionally, during one of our setup challenges, the Oodle team proactively reached out and guided me through the process. Their support was prompt and helpful, which made a big difference in resolving the issue efficiently.

Overall, Oodle strikes a great balance between powerful functionality and user-friendly design, making it a reliable tool for service monitoring and performance analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oodle AI?

One area where Oodle could improve is its search functionality. At times, it doesn’t work as expected, making it difficult to quickly find specific logs or data points. Enhancing the accuracy and reliability of search would significantly improve the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Summaries Save Time—No More Digging Through Logs"
What do you like best about Oodle AI?

I’ve been using Oodle for some time. Beyond the core problems it helps solve, I’ve especially been liking the AI summary feature lately. It means I don’t have to dig through all the logs just to pinpoint the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oodle AI?

A little bit on the UI part, can be made better, and also things can be made more intuitive, eg, the filters are great, but the search bar isn’t very intuitive, and it’s not immediately clear how you’re supposed to use it. I’d also love an “expand all” button that opens all the logs currently visible on the screen, instead of having to click each one individually when I’m trying to find something in the raw log. As it stands, the only other option is to add a filter, but that’s a multi-step process right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Observability for AI worklods with exceptional support"
What do you like best about Oodle AI?

We have seen close to 50% reduction in our observability costs after moving to Oodle AI, which is already a big win. But what stands out even more is how well Oodle suports our growing AI-driven workloads. As we have started relying more on AI agents, the volume of logs and telemetry has increased significantly. Oodle AI handles this seamlessly. We can log far more data without worrying about cost or performance, which directly helps us improve our AI systems faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oodle AI?

They are young and fast moving company, so things do ocasionally break as they ship quickly. That said, they are extremely responsive. Most issues are acknowledged and addressed within minutes over slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Metrics and Alert Management with Minor Hiccups"
What do you like best about Oodle AI?

I use Oodle AI primarily to view metrics of applications and manage alerting. I find that the UI makes it easy to view all the different clusters and environments with just a single click. Creating and editing new dashboards and alerts is simple, with few difficulties. The integration with PagerDuty is great; I can quickly click on the Oodle link to view metrics without having to manually check each environment. I like how easy Oodle AI is to use. I can create individual panes for dashboards with any query easily, and the same simplicity applies to alerting. Different integrations, like those with PagerDuty and OpenTelemetry, are straightforward and just require an API key. There's a lot of flexibility in how I can implement my tasks, and it’s generally easy no matter what I want to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oodle AI?

Oodle AI can be very slow. Sometimes it takes a while for things to load, and scrolling can feel very sluggish. Another small complaint is with the PagerDuty integration; even though there's a separate warning and critical, the warning alerts as a critical. So to get around that, I had to make different notifiers for each, which is not the end of the world but it can be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Oodle's AI features make it our go-to Observability Platform at WisdomAI"
What do you like best about Oodle AI?

We at WisdomAI use Oodle as our observability platform. Using Oodle has been amazing. We used to use Cloudwatch and GCP logs explorer and we hated using it. Once we started using Oodle, we knew there was no going back - it is very simple and easy to use.

I personally use Oodle's MCP server a lot. It is a game changer. I don't need to manually add filters and look at logs, understand them, and then root cause the issue - I let Cursor do it for me. The tools in the MCP server are very intuitive as well, so any agent can easily use it without needing to add much context.

The engineering time at Oodle is second to none. Most bugs reported get resolved within a few hours.

The setup was simple as well - it didn't take us more than a day to get going and once we used it, we didn't take more than a week to take a decision.

I would highly recommend giving Oodle a shot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oodle AI?

To be honest, none! It's great and I haven't had a lot of problems using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Debugging and Insightful Metrics, Needs UI Polish"
What do you like best about Oodle AI?

I use Oodle AI for db monitoring, logs for info, errors or any breakage in the code, also for metrics and analytics. Whenever there is any issue, I come to Oodle for the backtrace and the files where exactly it caused the issue and what time. Oodle helps debug issues quicker via tags and its breakup for the logs. Debugging a production issue via user details helps in finding the logs very quickly and by backtracing and checking the impacted areas. We switched to Oodle for better performance and detailed information with metrics. The initial setup was quicker with the tour guide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oodle AI?

Oodle AI's UI or the frontend view could be more good and interesting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration, Needs UI Improvements"
What do you like best about Oodle AI?

I use Oodle AI mainly for ingesting logs from my software stack and querying them to monitor system health and handle issues. It works seamlessly with our AI tools like Claude code and Cursor, making integration easy and cost-effective. What I like most is the ease of integration with Claude code, as I don't need to learn another query language; I can explain what I need in natural language and let Oodle AI handle the rest. Setting up infrastructure through Claude is smooth, like setting up dashboards or configuring metrics for visualizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oodle AI?

The UI itself can feel very sluggish at certain points, and the UX is a bit inconsistent in some places. For example, I often find that while configuring filters for a query, the query starts before I really intended, and there's no way for me to stop the query until it's done. It can also slow down when viewing a broad query over a wide time range. An explicit play/stop button when running queries would be helpful. Also, there are improvements needed to the log pipeline - for example, there's no obvious way in the UI to edit the execution order of steps in the pipeline.
