**What do you like best about Onport?**

I've worked with Onport for nearly 4 years and I would highly recommend working with Onport! Their customer service team is stellar and their training guides are brilliant. They make running a multi-brand marketplace easy and scalable! Thank you for a great 4 years working together!

Lack of new feature releases; although recently this was starting to improve.

Launched & ran a Marketplace operation for 3 years.

**What do you like best about Onport?**

Onport is magic for dropshipping marketplaces - it just handles everythng in a totally automated way!  We can host 11,000 products from 120 brands on our site with a very small team because Onport just does everything--syncs products, inventory, pricing, shipping, payment from customers to us to brands, etc....  It's a must-have for dropshipping marketplaces.

On top of that, the team is exceptionally great to work with.  They went above and beyond to help us when our company was experiencing a rough time.

So it's just an outstanding, rare mix of a great product, plus a really committed and caring team.

10/10, highly recommend.

It's really great; have nothing negative to say.

**What problems is Onport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onport solves... *all* the problems of dropshipping!  It fully automates the process so it's incredibly easy for you and for the brands whose products you have on your site.

**What do you like best about Onport?**

First and foremost, I was amazed by the seamless product catalogue import feature, which effortlessly integrated all vendors' products into one centralised system. This eliminated the need for manual data entry and saved me a tremendous amount of time. Moreover, the order routing and payment automation functionality of Onport makes the entire process very efficient. I highly recommend Onport to anyone looking to streamline their marketplace operations.

**What do you dislike about Onport?**

I did not experience any negatives so far :)

**What problems is Onport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am operating a Benefit marketplace for sustainable eco-friendly start ups. I used Onport for end-to-end automation: product catalogue imports, order routing, tracking synchronisation, some payment automation. For my business it would be impossible to do this manually due to specifics of the vendor's businesses (low stocks as part of the sustainable business philosophy and continued updates to the catalogues).

**What do you like best about Onport?**

The superb customer service team. We particularly like having a dedicated consultant (Daniel Orge) that we liaise with on a weekly basis, who explains everything in a succinct and non-tech manner.

**What do you dislike about Onport?**

The lack of a manual or reference guide. The links +screen recording are good but not sufficient enough.

**What problems is Onport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onport solves the problem of connecting to different platforms. In a previous position, we used to forward orders manually to each vendor, but Onport elminites all that admin work.

Onport is the cream of the crop when it comes to marketplaces and automating tedious processes. As someone who has tried countless platforms claiming seamless integration, I can affirm that Onport stands unwavering in its mission to sync more than just Shopify stores. Not only do they provide automated payments but also feature options such as synced pictures with product descriptions & tags - all enhanced by monthly updates! The icing on this proverbial cake are their comprehensive guides designed for effortless navigation which make onboarding a breeze; not to mention reliable customer service catering exclusively to your individual needs - no one-size-fits-all mentality here folks!. We love using OnPort so much we'd definitely recommend giving them a try!

Tapping into a presence in Australia could be the missing link to expanding on port business on an international level.
 Before taking that next step, make sure you get up-to-speed with all the details - learning from afar isn't easy, but overcoming time zone hurdles is doable. Explore what this program offers and maximise its potential!

I like working with Onport because they are always willing to accommodate our requests and challenge processes to optimise operation. This allows the partnership to continuously develop.

Sometimes problems are solved in a longer time, but I think it is due to the large amount of work and the small team.

We use Onport as a platform to integrate shops from different suppliers and to send orders to them. It allows us to have several partner brands without owning any stock, which allows us to work smoother and more freely.

**What do you like best about Onport?**

Jetti is an essential tool for us as a small startup with limited resources to manage it all. It saved us so much time in updating prices, inventory, images, order management, and payments - now everything happens automatically and in real-time. Set up was easy, publishing products is a great feature and the vendors were very happy with the setup as well. Definitely recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Onport?**

The onboarding part was too quick for us. Some issues were later revealed that it was just something missing from the early setup. Also seems like Jetti has a ton of interesting features but without any additional training, we are not aware of all its possibilities.

**Recommendations to others considering Onport:**

Ask for a demo session. And depending on which platform you come from check with Jetti about the latest updates. They were primarily ready for Shopify and some features came later for woocommerce for example.

**What problems is Onport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jetti helped having a real-time connection with all our vendors' product info, meaning: updated access to inventory, retail price, and notifications every time the vendors have new products. Saved us so many emails. The order management also works smoothly. The customer buys with us and we get access to when and how the dropshipping is made by the vendor, all automatic.

**What do you like best about Onport?**

The account management team was very helpful and flexible with my business needs. I use inventory management and payment export primarily. I have no comparison with competitors

**What do you dislike about Onport?**

Nothing is missing from this product. I'm satisfied with what it offers. It occasionally is a little glitchy but a refresh usually takes care of it. That would be my improvement.

I have no recommendations.

I use Jetti for inventory management and dropshipping with partners. I am benefitting financially in that I'm dropshipping rather than maintaining large inventory.

Jetti allows brands of any size to be able to easily create a marketplace on their site and allow dropship capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Onport?**

Jetti has a lot of different options for setup. This allows a great deal of flexibilty in the type of partnerships you can have, but it can certainly be overwhelming at first.

**What problems is Onport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jetti allows us to sell other brand's products on our site without having to hold inventory. It's very low risk.

Jetti has been great at freeing up so much of our time as we manage all of our vendor orders and payments. Automation in this area works smoothly once fully set up!

**What do you dislike about Onport?**

Jetti can be a bit intimidating to set up/use at first but is very intuitive to use after you spend a short time in all of the modules. The support team & online resources have been very valuable.

**What problems is Onport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jetti has been indispensable to growing our business with dropship vendors while automating processes that normally are very time-consuming when working with several vendors. This gives us the greatest product options for our customers!

The price for small businesses is quite expensive.
Support being in the UK made the response times take longer.

If you are looking for really quick support, this is not the platform for you.

Having a full third party Marketplace software was extremely helpful to setup my business.
