OneTeam Reviews & Product Details

OneTeam is an AI hiring assistant for restaurants that handles hiring administration, from creating a job description to coordinating a new employee’s first shift. It brings applications into one place, reviews candidates against the role’s requirements, and helps managers identify promising applicants. OneTeam also coordinates interviews, sends reminders, follows up with candidates, and assists with offers and first-shift communication. Managers can guide the process through a natural-language conversation while staying in control of key decisions, including who to interview and hire. For job seekers, OneTeam helps them discover relevant opportunities, create a reusable profile, and apply through a guided conversation.
