**What do you like best about OneShot?**

It is a simple and highly effective tool to help outbound prospecting efforts be more tailored. I fact checked the info in the beginning, and it was always correct, their prompts are excellent. Very intuitive and delivers valuable results with very easy implementation.

Jake from the sales team was fantastic as well, delivered everything I needed in a very timely manner

**What do you dislike about OneShot?**

Not really any notable downsides. Would be great if in the future there was a way to deepen the integration in outreach, but thats not necessary

**What problems is OneShot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Outbound reach is very strategic, and doing research for personalization of every communication was taking a lot of time, this has completely solved that because:

-It takes 30 seconds vs 5-8 minutes per prospect. 
-Its always correct in reviewing the person/company where other AI models are unable to analyze what OneShot does

**What do you like best about OneShot?**

t quickly returns a wealth of information on prospects, giving me everything I need to tailor my outreach. The ability to generate cold outreach emails directly within the platform is a game changer—what used to take hours can now be done in minutes.

**What do you dislike about OneShot?**

the AI messaging can feel a bit generic or "on the nose" at times. But honestly, what AI isn't? As long as you take a few moments to adjust the messaging to fit your own tone it looks great.

**What problems is OneShot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Oneshot solves for me is the time-consuming process of researching and personalising outreach. It allows me to be far more proactive in reaching out to prospects, focusing my energy on high-value activities instead of getting bogged down in research.

As an AE, OneShot.ai has been a game-changer for my outreach strategy. The integration with certain systems could be smoother, as there’s occasional lag in syncing data. Despite these minor issues, OneShot.ai remains a highly effective tool for boosting productivity and results.

Personalizing my outreach used to take way too long. OneShot has made that super efficient by suggesting great messaging that still feels personal. I can now hit volume without spending hours tweaking emails. It frees me up to focus on what really matters—building relationships and moving deals forward. I’m getting more pipeline.

It's very good at collating research from multiple angles and showing the reasoning behind it—it all happens in a couple of clicks! Also, setting it up is a breeze.
Worth mentioning that it integrates with most platforms.

It sometimes struggles to match the needs/challenges with the offerings we have.

Personalising emails is usually a tedious task not because of the effort it takes to write the email but the needed research to be done in order to find something both relevant to the prospect and something our product can solve.

**What do you like best about OneShot?**

I like the fact that their Chrome extension can do multiple things: AI research for a cold call, write a draft LinkedIn message, email, or whatever I need. All in one place, easy to use.

**What do you dislike about OneShot?**

I think the back and forth with the AI Prompt Engineer can make the onboarding a litte difficult. There are small details a salesperson knows about their product/service can't be explained or detailed in a 30-60 min call. Would be cool if the user had access to make the minor changes day to day. 

However, once in the system or their back end, the output from OneShot is accurate and as per your needed standard.

**What problems is OneShot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reseach for my prospects takes so much time. This really gives me back an hour or so a day, giving me more time for cold calling (my primary activity).

**What do you like best about OneShot?**

OneShot is a great tool to speed up personalization for all channels, emails, linkedin and cold call openers. 
Being an SDR includes working long hours and it's like having an assistant to help offload some of the work.
Getting it up and running took a few clicks, and from there it was super straightforward to use.
Gautam is great and I enjoyed working with Ravi and Anik!

It's a huge time saver regarding personalization and understanding your prospect. I also really liked that it worked with our sequencing tool. Very easy to use!

**What do you dislike about OneShot?**

The product wasn't able to read data on our CRM so we couldn't use the extension from there.

It helps with automating the manual research on a prospect that a rep would repeat for every individual. The research helps you or OneShot create a catered/personalized message which helps increase the likelihood a prospect will engage. OneShot lets you do that faster.

One click emails with deep personalization and battle-tested structure.
If you sell a product with a clearly defined set of value propositions, and want to tailor to different personas, Oneshot lets you automate it all.
I imagine this will become a standard part of tech stacks for outreach at scale (together with multiple domains, warm ups etc).

**What do you dislike about OneShot?**

The team is building the plane while flying it, any shortcoming I raise will be obsolete in weeks.

Finding "golden nuggets" for personalization and weaving them into a message.

OneShot does a phenenominal job at quickly pulling relevant news to then using that news to creat messaging almost instantly!

**What do you dislike about OneShot?**

I would like to see more prompting abilities.

OneShot helps me to quickly message and research prospects, a step that previosly took anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes now takes about 2 to 3.

As an SDR, prospecting is an everyday activity. Loved how OneShot was always on hand to give insight into the prospect from both a company perspective and personal. Especially when your own research isnt bearing fruit, it's a great tool to have to provide some direction in how you approach the call/email.

**What do you dislike about OneShot?**

The AI email still reads as though it was wirtten by AI. Some minor tweaking is necessary to give that 'human' touch

**What do you like best about OneShot?**

OneShot saves a decent chunk of time out of my day-to-day lead gen on LinkedIn. The messaging suggestions pretty much always surface something useful to leverage and I like how can find relevancy from company news data as well as from prospect's profiles, big time saver. The email reveal feature within the Chrome extension is also very handy.

**What do you dislike about OneShot?**

The credit system was a bit confusing at first and could be better explained, I wasted a few unknowingly to start with but eventually got them back after speaking to support.

**What problems is OneShot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to add another channel to our prospecting - typical email-style templates have never aligned with how we want to reach prospects on social, OneShot has given us the leg-up to create deeper personalization without having to spend as much time on the research part.

**What do you like best about OneShot?**

The extension works really well with our Sales Navigator workflow not having to switch between tabs. From a process standpoint, it essentially mirrors the type of research for personalization I would get reps to do on prospects’ LinkedIn profiles anyway, so in this sense it has genuine benefit.

**What do you dislike about OneShot?**

The UI has changed a few times while we’ve been using it, which has been a bit disorienting, but ultimately all in the right direction.

A major focus for us was finding a personalization tool that could be adopted by our SDRs without taking them out of their existing workflow. So far meeting expectations in terms of the replies we’re getting, looking forward to improvements on  integrations..

Firstly, personalization of your cold sales outreach on scale via LinkedIn, the automated follow-ups that trigger you to take action (so often forgotten about), and quick access to intelligent data. 

I'm impressed by the ease of use and the functionality of the Chrome extension and it seems to be keeping me one step ahead of my needs which is exciting. 

Personally, it's a must-have in my sales toolbag to help build quality leads, pipeline and ultimately revenue.

There's not much I dislike at this stage. Like any new product, there are some niggling issues but they're very quickly resolved in my experience so far.

**What do you like best about OneShot?**

OneShot takes the pain out of LinkedIn prospecting. The AI and automation ensures that not only are in-mails tailored to the prospect but also increase acceptance rates of connects and keeps me prompted to follow up in a timel manner.

**What do you dislike about OneShot?**

It would be great if I could send automated sequences but I think thats a LinkedIn constrainted and not OneShot. Overall its one of the best prospecting tools I've ever used.

**Recommendations to others considering OneShot:**

This tool is a game changer. Every sales rep and SDR should be using it.

**What problems is OneShot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospecting on LinkedIn can be a burdensome and time-consuming effort. With OneShot I'm able to automate research of my prospects, the message I send them and also get prompts on follow up. My success rate is far higher and I'm also able to hit a much wider target base .

I like the ability to create personalized invites on the fly, using data from LinkedIn profiles gives a better quality of messaging than what we use with email field snippets. The Chrome extension is also useful to stay on top of follow-ups, which is a nightmare using the native LinkedIn messaging widget!

**What do you dislike about OneShot?**

There’s no bulk send option, although I understand this is a limitation of LinkedIn.
