## Planforge Reviews
  ### 1. Planforge – Game changer project management tool!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas S. | Project Manager , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

Planforge is one of those game changing platforms that enhance the capabilities and are front liners in terms of evolution. We have benefited a lot from this platform and would like to see it nourish and flourish even more. Planforge comes with an interface that is easy to understand and easy to navigate, even by novice users. We have been adding many people to our team ever since and they never wasted weeks or months just getting used to it. In short, it takes no more a day to train people which is a huge time saver.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

Planforge offers lots of features and benefitting tools however, customization is not really a great thing here and most of the time we need to stick to its standard format, which is not bad, but customization according to our company’s work style is a luxury which this platform could offer with a little work on this area.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can offer you many benefits in less time and more efficiency. This is a project management platform that can cater the needs of all size and type of businesses. Planforge can offer technically advanced to basic features and they are making it even better by each passing day. If we talk about unique features; you can pre plan your project to eliminate risks or dice factors alongside resource management and utilization and so on. Less price and more worth, that’s what I call it working with Planforge. It is basically your one point solution for all project management and related issues. The pricing is quite reasonable and it suits companies of all sizes. However, personally, I think it suits more for the needs of an enterprise.

  ### 2. Efficient Project Management with ONEPOINT

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey H. | Project Manager, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

ONEPOINT Projects helps me organize and monitor team performance and project management, plan tasks and monitor their execution, and has the ability to plan, track, and evaluate projects. This includes task creation and management, resource allocation, budget tracking, project progress, data analysis, and reporting.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

onepoint projects this program has many features and tools that can be very difficult to use and difficult to master, but the program has documentation and training to help you master its functionality.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onepoint projects include project planning, task management, resource management, time tracking, and project reporting capabilities. It also offers group communication features such as Project forums and the ability to assign tasks to multiple team members. In addition, the program integrates with other tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, allowing teams to work together and access data.

  ### 3. Very Tedious System

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

I like how you can easily break out resourcing for the different phases of the project.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

It is very time consuming to enter resourcing into their system. It requires new entries for every variable of allocation percent for a specific resource instead of allowing you to choose a time frame and change the allocation percent throughout that time frame.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

I would recommend really looking at the product and making sure it aligns with your needs and will be easy for your team to use.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onepoint solves fo the problem of understanding a full breakdown of resourcing required for a full project. The benefit we've realized with the system is being able to understand allocations and bench in advance of engaging in the project.

  ### 4. comprehensive and effective

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

The project budgeting feature has been brilliant. This has allowed us to effectively to map out the runway of our project and made sure we arrive at points within the project with the right amount left!

Due dates and custom alerts have really been helpful as well making sure the whole team stays on track without manually having to keep track of where people are within their own personal projects. The protfolio management also allows you to have several projects running alongside themselves which can really help keep track of smaller tasks within a larger project.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

The system can be a little bit complicated when first using it. This is mainly because of the massive extent of the program and the number of features. It can take a bit of time to get used to and perhaps some more comprehensive tutorials would be handy.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

anyone looking to manage a budget effectively and ensure you stay on track with a project should give this a go.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has enabled us to gain better control over our projects budgeting. It has also allowed us to micro-control the projects we complete by using multiple projects along side eachother.

  ### 5. Worth the Investment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

The user-interface is clearly layed out and presents the most important information clearly. Right away you can access all of the information you need an get a clear indication of where you are up to in a project without having to dive too deeply in the program.

It is very easy to present what needs to be completed and the aims and goals of the team. You can easily send To Do lists to members of the team and the fact that it is cloud based makes this even easier as it can be accessed from any device. The added mobile functionality improves this even more.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

An increase in the amount you can customise in terms of user interface may be helpful. Being able to lock certain views and features to the home page would save more time.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

If you need an all in one project management tool then i would seriously consider this as an option. I can see why you would look any further.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to clearly look at the entire project and what needs to be done on a single web page that is accessible on virtually any device is a real help. We have managed bring all our project management tools together in one place making the whole process more streamlined.

  ### 6. Solid Project Management Tool Box

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2018

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

As far as a project management tool this seems to tick all the boxes. A cloud based platform means you can use it on the go and each member of the team can use it wherever they are. This means you can delegate work remotely and not have to worry about team members not receiving any information.

Uploading files and then being able to add comments means that work can be completed, reviewed and amended all remotely and the fact it is also available on mobile makes it even easier to do this. The collaborative aspect of Onepoint is what makes it stand out and real time has been taken to develop the collaborative project planning feature.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

A higher level of support when first using the program would be great. A more in depth knowledge portal or tutorial platform would really help. Support is provided if you need it but a more structured and accessible guide would be great!

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

Any team looking for a more remote way of planning projects should check this out. It give a lot more freedom to a team.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One Point has allowed our team to plan and carry out projects remotely while maintaining a collaborative attitude. Team members can work from home while still having a large input. It has allowed more freedom when completing projects.

  ### 7. Detailed but easy to use software.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

Right away you are able to get going with this software. The program is intuitive and easy to use. You can view the project as a whole from the homepage and all other areas of this package are available quickly and easily.

The cloud-based nature of this software makes it perfect for a team that is always on the go or doesn't have a permanent base. You can send information comment on files that have been added and see exactly where a project is going from virtually anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

The software is always improving and the one point team is always looking to expand because of this somethings can be a little buggy but they are quickly resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

Anyone looking to gather all your project management tools under the one roof should check this out!

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have aligned all our project management tools into one easy to use platform. Not only is it a great project management tool but a brilliant way of communicating with other members of a team while on the go.

  ### 8. Ease of use!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

You can find project planning, portfolio management and resource management in one place. It makes everything just that little bit simpler. Just going to the one place for everything manes I never miss anything too.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

Took a little while to get used to the different system. But once you know, it's easy enough. The user interface could be a little better, which would make the learning curve that little bit better. That's probably the only criticism I could give.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

You won't be disappointed.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We plan, control and report all our strategic projects as well as small projects in departments. This is just another reason the ease of use is perfect for us. The projects are now comparable and the status view makes it very easy to see, which projects are not on track.

  ### 9. Excellent project management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jo H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

I love the ease of use of the Project dashboard which is very user-friendly, and the different reporting capabilities are great for business. Functionally, the tool fits our business purposes perfectly, with it's easy customisation to our own specific processes within project and portfolio management.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

Not really a dislike, but the initial training from implementation made creating reports a little tricky. Once this has been mastered, there are no issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

More Assistance from the vendor during initial implementation.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling different types of projects with ease, reaching out to larger clients with more specialised requirements. the benefits of using this are that we can could tailor the tool to suit our own needs. this also means that new users can pick it up quickly and easily.

  ### 10. Great software package

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2018

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

This software really is an all in one tool - it's really difficult to pick out the 'best' bits, because it's a really great package overall.

Firstly, it's clould based, which means that the data can be uploaded and accessed anywhere and at anytime. For me this is the best feature as I'm out of office most days but I can keep on top of all my projects and my integrated To-Do list! It's really helped me to keep on track of all my business projects.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

It's not a massive issue but the inital learning curve was steep (for me anyway). A few instructional videos would be a great feature to add, this would help with the initial teething problems. Although I have known others that were able to find their way around the software pretty quickly.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is no need to be in office to manage projects, myself and my employees have a greater flexability when life gets in the way of work. We can all still have the same level of input into our projects, despite being miles apart. The projections created by this software package have really helped the company progress. I would strongly recommend this software.

  ### 11. The software I never knew I needed!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

Onepoint Projects is a great performing piece of software for all my project management needs. It provides everything in a single place for my preparation and workflow and allows me to share any necessary information with colleagues when required. It integrates well with the other products that I use on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

A lot of information at first glance, it's all useful but takes a while to process and understand the full potential of the software.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

WIth a free trial available, this product is recommendable to everyone.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit I have found is how it organises what previously took a variety of programs and folders into a single place, accessible through the cloud.

  ### 12. Free group server - the perfect start for managing projects with a professional software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

I currently use onepoint's free group server (for up to 4 users). Before starting with onepoint, I looked into some other professional project management tools and onepoint was the most intuitive tool we found. It was very easy to get started with our first projects, because the company provides a lot of helpful tutorials on YouTube.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

You cannot really change the layout, not all input fields are customizable.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

Get started with one of their free versions (personal server or group server) and see if onepoint meets your specific requirements.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All project information is stored centrally. Furthermore onepoint combines project, agenda and task management in a very nice and helpful way. We now use one tool instead of three.

  ### 13. Very easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

Onepoint Projects is a great piece of software, it suited all of my needs. It has an easy to use interface that it a lot better than a lot of its competitors.

Also, being able to use the software on a number of different platforms is very useful - such as mobile and PC's

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

With all software there is always room for improvement, it can be overwhelming with the amount of features that it has.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

I would strongly recommend giving this software a go, it's very easy to use.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can do many different projects with one tool, it makes it so much easier for managers and team members.

Really good overall software.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

I've not used it long enough to find anything to dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

Take a demo or use the trial to evaluate. Highly recommend giving it a try

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Project Management team that I support was fully relying on Jira and MS Project, due to which they were obviously missing out on several BI functions which are critical in today's competitive world.

  ### 15. Daunting, but excellent.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

I loved using this software, it's so easy to use once you get the hang of it. The interface is great and is a very strong rival for other software on the market. It's available on mobile as well as PC which is good for those on the go!

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

It can be daunting looking at because it has so many features, but that can also be seen as a positive.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

I highly recommended for project management.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lots of different tools to use, which makes it so much easier to manage projects. Making it a lot easier for all team members.

  ### 16. This is perfect for all your portfolio needs!

  ### 17. All-in-One-Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felix H. | Fachleiter Projektmanagement Office, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2017

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

One big advantage compared to other software is that onepoint is ready-to-use right away. We were able to use the software almost immediately after purchase.
We defined our project management process first before we were looking for software. Onepoint supports our project management process (based on IPMA). Users with a training in project management find it easy to use onepoint because you can tools like risk management, project break-down structure in the software.
You can find project planning, project steering, portfolio management and resource management in one place.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

Onepoint has many features which can be sometimes overwhelming for my users. It needs some time to being able to use all the features.
Usability of controlling tab has room for improvement as has the resource management tab.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

Involve Key-Users before setting up the system to agree on how to use the software. Sofware follows process not the other way round. First define your project management process before you introduce a software.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Portfolio Management and project planning and controlling.
We have a live status of projects and transparency of our projects.
Templates are used for project charter, project status and project closure report which helps everybody and increases common understanding about project management.

  ### 18. onepoint - single point of truth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haris H. | Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2017

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

The simplicity of the application and the web-based approach which allows a very good system maintenance and serves with the state-of-the-art in user experience. onepoint is a living product and is enhancing with every new release the mentioned user experience. From PMO perspective this approach and the simplicity of the application allows us an very efficient introduction and training session for new employees.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

Because of the fact that the onepoint team is collecting the customers and partners feedback in order to improve the application from functional and strategic perspective --> there is nothing to dislike ONLY to improve!

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All corporate projects are within one tool!
This makes the Project Managers and team members life easier. Especially the reporting (project status, resource allocation, budget, forecast, project statuses and many more) is done within this simple and very good structured tool which as well supports the PMO within the daily work.

  ### 19. Onepoint is awesome

The dashboard is so easy to use and the layout looks good. It is one of the best Project Management tools i have come across I would strongly recommend One point for any business going forward!

  ### 20. Great combination of Portfolio- and Projectmanagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreas S. | Leiter Projekt- und Projektportfoliomanagement, Organisationsentwicklung, Facilities Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2017

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

With onepoint we have a good overview for our ongoing projects. As we can create different portfolios, we can differentiat between strategic projects and small projects in different organisational units.
We create monthly reports for our management team and controll all projects with the help of status reporting.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

As we do not use time tracking directly in onepoint but in SAP, it is not very easy for project managers to see the real effort for projects. A easy interface could help, but the issue is more on the SAP-side, than on onepoint´s.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We plan, control and report all our strategic projects as well as small projects in departments. The projects are now comparable and the status view makes it very easy to see, which projects are not on track.

  ### 22. Efficient project management with onepoint Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antti T. | Associate, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2017

As a PMO I appreciate the most the possibility to create clear project plans, monitor project advancement, efficiently create and administrate to-do lists and project documents. I am also a big fan of the meeting agenda and meeting minutes function which is built-in.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

Nothing much, really. I think the project reports could be still further developed (more graphics, more modifying options).

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onepoint Projects has proven to be very useful for PMO tasks of project planning and monitoring. Time can be saved when all the to-do lists and documents are in one place. This minimizes amount of emails and leaves less space for errors.

  ### 26. onepoint PROJECTS a simple and powerful project and portfolio management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Supriya J. | PMO Advisor, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2016

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

What I like best about onepoint is the simplified user interface, when I sit and compare the ones I have used in the past, which have a way bigger name in the market but look so complicated that when you really sit to work on those it is intimidating. OPP on the other hand has a very user-friendly, simplified look, so well adhering to IPMA/PMI standards that you might think you are going through a practical session on PMI's project management process.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

It is kind of new in the market, I believe it's been around for 3+ years but I would still say it's new. There's lot of features that is in the nascent phases (with little documentation) but knowing the dev, support and sales team personally, I must say they are highly dedicated and improving fast.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

If you are looking for a PMIS that will fetch from Jira as well as sync to Jira (bidirectional Jira integration) and has a simple UI and a great reporting module in-built then this is the tool for your company!

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Project Management team that I support was fully relying on Jira and MS Project, due to which they were obviously missing out on several BI functions which are critical in today's competitive world. onepoint PROJECTS has some great features like extensive portfolio analysis and a strong reporting module that is highly beneficial in exec-level overviews and quick status presentations.

  ### 27. PMO Director Implemented the onepoint PPM tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

For us best feature is out of the box Jira integration. It has been difficult to find a mature PPM tool that has integration with Jira. The Atlassian plug-ins are not quite PPM tools. Additionally we can answer project cost questions in real time based on the work that the resources are accomplishing based on the status of their Jira tickets. Before this tool we had monthly updates in another PPM tool by project resources which was not always aligned with the day to day project progress.
In addition to this we also get trend analysis, risk cost (based on the impact on specific tasks or milestones), as well as reports and a built in scope/charter.
onepoint also has an REST API that can be leveraged to interface with other internal tools.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

The tool has lots of screens that I do not use but some find them useful. I think that Atlassian Confluence integration would be great. However having the REST API can eventually address this integration as well as other integrations that PMO organizations may have.
Lastly it is important to get your team a training workshop which onepoint can deliver. It is not that the tool is extremely difficult it is that project management is not always an exact science and people within the same team have different understanding of how to manage a project.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

Do get training before implementation so that your onepoint administrator will setup the tool correctly. Your onepoint administrator should understand project management or should work with some of the senior project managers to complete the initial setup.
After rollout to the users you should conduct training and have a followup training within six weeks of use. Again this is not for the tool as much as it is for the team to streamline their internal processes. This will be illuminated by any PPM tool.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest business problem is having instant access to real-time project progress. We have seen benefits in project planning and communications that is based on planned vs. actual. This allows us to be in a position where we can make adjustments as early in the process as possible.

  ### 28. Very well designed PPM solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marko K. | Owner, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2016

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

The ease of use. Compared to other PM tools, Onepoint Projects is certainly the one with the best work-flow and ease of use.
You can build up your custom reports directly from the interface using guided DB queries.
There is integration with JIRA for tasks work logging which is great for people already using JIRA.
The ability to install on premise was critical for us. Many other solutions offer it only as SAAS.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

It could be a bit pricey if you are a small business. One can lower the cost using JIRA for reducing user licenses however this is not ideal for somebody who had in mind an all in one tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

Take a demo or use the trial to evaluate. Create a test project and try the reporting. You will see that it's quite intuitive and easy to use

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to solve our general planning issues trying to organize and schedule work from team members and having one place to see all the progress and activities.

  ### 29. OnePoint is truly the one point to go to effectively manage your projects across your organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve S. | Business/Projects Manager, Farming, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2016

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

All of my project data is in one location for all of my on going and previous projects. Schedules, costs, future projects, risks, files - it is all in One place. Project setup is flexible so it can handle complex projects or simple projects with ease.

Summary views allow senior management to quickly get an overview of the project portfolio and the status of projects.

Very easy to use but extremely powerful and flexible. Incredible reporting features that are able to be customized easily.

I can set OnePoint up to suit my organizational processes rather than have to fit to the program's

Great customer support

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

Nothing to dislike - very open to user improvements and feedback

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

Take the time to do a trial - set up a project or two and you will see the benefits immediately.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project data was fragmented between Schedules, spreadsheets, risk logs etc.
Reporting was time consuming pulling all this information together.

Now - all project data is in one location. Budgets, costs, schedules - everything to do with the project.
Senior managers can now get the overall picture in real time. Any changes to schedule, budgets and costs result in an immediate update to the entire portfolio.

Has also helped with decision making on what projects to proceed with.

Overall we have seen significant reduction in reporting time, planning and updating project data.

  ### 30. Excellent PM tool for engineering development

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul C. | Manager of R&D, Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2016

**What do you like best about Planforge?**

Ability for engineers on the team to give input to the progress of the schedule. This allows us to see in real time what isn't progressing well, and allows us to react quickly.

**What do you dislike about Planforge?**

Documentation feature is weak, basic. If there was an integrated sharing tool without having to purchase or integrate another tool would be helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Planforge:**

Some users have indicated that if they are a contributor the 3 tier menu system is somewhat confusing to them at first. The ability to go full screen when reviewing a schedule Gantt chart would also be helpful.

**What problems is Planforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are looking to optimize our time as a team and trying to learn from our current schedules and how we should better schedule in the future. Our resource heat map is also very helpful.

  ### 31. Strong project management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

In some cases it nice to have more detailed documentation how to use the systems functionality.

We can properly understand projects pipeline, resources allocation on each projects with details about their activities and planned utilization. It possible to create a report with required filters to use this information for the following activities.
