Mine had a broken screen and water damage. This is an advantage in my opinion. Also the service is provided at my local phone retailer, I don't have to go far for service. **What do you dislike about OnePlus Service?** None to note. I was able to schedule an appointment on the spot. Nothing to note in the resolution. I don't have any experience that require comment on improvement. **What problems is OnePlus Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had a badly cracked screen with water damage. OnePlus was able to repair the screen and return the phone to a functional state. Buisiness performance not applicable in this scenario. ### 3. It's easy and hassle free to use. I had all services for OnePlus mobile users and etc. Service team is quick enough compared to all other services providers. **What do you dislike about OnePlus Service?** There aren't any dislikes I found in this application and services. Besides, I could say that it best service application to use and take help out of it. Proud to be an Oneplus user. **What problems is OnePlus Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of software issues got resolved. Operating system issues and hardware API access to open source tools and etc. Most of our business data is drew throught OnePlus api Services. I like the services they provide and they are based on their user's experience. Their products are resilient and services are robust. OnePlus cares a lot about their users and hence they come up with new products each year. **What do you dislike about OnePlus Service?** It's a bit costly and to me, it looks overpriced. Recently I filed a bug in their UI but till now they haven't resolved it. The services are not available everywhere easily. **What problems is OnePlus Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** I got my OnePlus 8 Pro phone repaired free of cost. It is under warranty and after using it for 7-8 months there was some problem with the display. The OnePlus service team schedule a pick-up and delivered my device after it is fully repaired without taking any extra charges. ### 5. The performance is pretty great and up to the mark and has been doing better after each update as well giving the competition no chance to gee ahead **What do you dislike about OnePlus Service?** The customer services provided by Oneplus are not up to the mark. Very bad customer response and very late customer reply. They focus more on paid services rather than already inclusive services. **What problems is OnePlus Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** Good camera quality in phones, great hardware, good user interface that is a must and processing speed is on the top level in phones that are there in the market. ### 6. Service time is also low so that's also a good thing. Quality of service is also good. **What do you dislike about OnePlus Service?** I dislike how the company is being run since a few years. The pricing is extremely high and they're not a value-for-money brand anymore. All repairs cost a fortune. **What problems is OnePlus Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're giving good software experience at mid range pricing. Best performances all devices. One plus all products are good and too much also features are too good compared to other premium models. One plus store is too some places like in Gujarat India only 1-store in Ahmedabad. **Recommendations to others considering OnePlus Service:** Sometimes one plus are not provided screen protector glass on this device because of curves on edges and this product is one plus. **What problems is OnePlus Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** My devices cause battery drained problem while i bought one plus 7 model, i visit one plus service center and provided perfect solution for this issue.
