Allows you to configure each document sent in such a way that you can self-destruct it at a certain time, so that they can not use it after reading it. It has a document repository, where we can share documents and files with the rest of the team in the cloud. **What do you dislike about Onehub?** We had to take some time to get to know the software in depth, as we did not know all its functions. Although it has a mobile application, I do not feel that it is as intuitive as its web version and with all the tools. The documentation sent to learn the software was poor, although their technical service always helped us with all our doubts. **Recommendations to others considering Onehub:** We recommend 100% this software, because so far we have not had any major problems, it is very easy to use and all companies, with private files and documents, will need to closely control that sensitive information. After the help provided by the technical team we were able to use it without problems, so we are happy with it. **What problems is Onehub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using this software to have more control of all the documents that we send in our company, since the functions of Onehub, allows us to track the documents, know the recipient and many other features that help us to safeguard the documents in the repository with which it counts. Since it is a software that we have needed to control our documentation and confidential files, I think that the investment has been worth it, since we have the confidence and security in the system that our information is completely safe and that the recipient is using it. ### 2. Possible to onboard and share files with multi-users. **What do you dislike about Onehub?** Some of the dislikes of OneHub includes: Its complete dependence on the internet makes it run slow in the time of low-speed connection. It does not have an offline version available. Now, we can access our essential files and documents from anywhere and are no more required to carry external drives with us every time. There is also a default Quickstart guide that provides basic instructions on how to upload and download files. The portal provides facility to upload any number of distinct files and any volume of files. Multiple files could be categorized based on your subject area in different workspaces. The smooth ability to maintain the files in a secured and painless mode makes one hub a valuable asset. The stored files are secured by default and encrypted. **What do you dislike about Onehub?** One hub is a basic (and not a premier) storage hub. Many other storage portals offer similar features. The monthly cost is a bit expensive. **Recommendations to others considering Onehub:** It's a great storage hub to get started with. Serves the needs of file storage and is a viable replacement of onedrive or Googledrive. **What problems is Onehub solving and how is that benefiting you?** One hub offers a secured file sharing medium. With growing data needs in the existing world, any type and volume of data file could be stored on this portal. It also allows the upload of text files, audio files or video files. It caters to both corporate and non corporate data needs. Sharing files across other users within the business groups is a very enticing feature of onehub, The files when shared could be parallely accessed, modified, and refined by any member(s) within the team. The files are secured and password protected. The individual folders and files could be set up with distinct permissions for individuals and/or groups. Distinct workspaces could be created and modified to provide a customized outlook to the clients. File are arranged alphabetically. Excels are downloaded as PDFs for non-administrators and this download does not preserve the formatting well. The thing I like best is the face that it has an excellent user interface and it is very easy to use. It allows you to stay organized with all your files and upload files daily. I like that the platform allows you to organize files in a customizable way, and the application has excellent additional features! The buttons are straightforward to find as well, and the portal is easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Onehub?** It has been great experience, so far. I do not dislike any major part of the application. Great platform to use if you like accessibility and ease of use! One downside is that it would have been even better if more organization adopted and implemented this application because I work two jobs and and currently, only of my jobs knows and uses this platform, making it easily available to its employees. The platform allows easy file sharing so would prefer to have it more accessible. The only drawback I experienced was on drilling into analytics, I had to develop the summary reporting myself from an excel export, but this was the least important factor in my decision. The dashboard functionality is the best - whenever someone logs in, the user sees all the folders they have been granted access to - in one place. The folders can be from multiple companies, multiple deals, etc, but the user can see everything with one login (as long as they use the same email). The sharing capabilities are excellent as well, I have the ability to share certain files with all partners, as well as create a unique space for each partner to only get information pertinent to them. **What do you dislike about Onehub?** I have multiple accounts and the pricing structure changed between when I set up the first account and the last account. It's not ideal to be paying different amounts for the same product between multiple companies. There should be an option to have the same cost across all of your logins or even a quantity discount - especially if you have multiple accounts with them. This feature allows you to add your own company's logo on all of the web addresses that your users visit. Your users (vendors, customers, contractors) don't feel like they are visiting a 3rd party vendor, which is a plus in my book. Another great feature of the white labeling is the spoofing of emails. All emails generated from OneHub being sent from your work email, making it look even more professional and from one source; YOU, the Project Manager. Lastly, if you have access to your company's web developer, you can also have your users visit a custom sub-domain, therefore completely negating OneHub branding being visible at all. **What do you dislike about Onehub?** I think OneHub customers would benefit more if OneHub updated their iOS app for 2020 and more usability. The current version of the app doesn't scale to the newest generation of phones and needs a major facelift. **Recommendations to others considering Onehub:** Use the trials they offer, including the White Labeling. That, to me, is the most important feature right now. The trial lets you go full out with all the features. It is a game-changer. Some projects that I've seen in the past have multiple repositories and it creates chaos and confusion on what files go where and when. I love the mobile app as well which is simple with no additional apps to install to use it whether for I-phone or android. The workspaces have been used as message and meeting rooms with team members as well, giving confidentiality a whole new level. The features are many and the customization makes the software fun for the team. **What do you dislike about Onehub?** As of right now there is no way to automatically sync. Apparently there was in the past. I'm ok with that though because if syncing is not done well it actually creates more work and concern. **Recommendations to others considering Onehub:** I would highly recommend OneHub, the price is affordable and the features are many. We use Google Drive Desktop to download locally to and then upload everything to OneHub. After it's in OneHub, we rarely have to download it to manage it but there are times we do if we have a client who is requesting an emailed doc instead of the link. **What problems is Onehub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication with clients - I can upload or share a file and assign it as a task and they can complete it. I can work right in my storage cabinet which means I do not have to download which has increased my productivity ### 26. It allows to create backups quickly, and has a good function of scanning and uploading to the cloud simultaneously. In addition, its price of $ 69.99 per year is a great opportunity. By great fortune for us, Onehub is extremely simple to acquire in conjunction with office suite. Your terms and conditions contract has seemed accessible to us. We really liked how well Onehub usually integrates with other services. This file sharing platform makes great use of its ability to be combined with external software. This is undoubtedly an excellent service. It is stable, economical, and has a wide range of file sharing tools that will be useful to any user. We are extremely pleased with this sales team. Microsoft takes the time to fully advise staff on the capacity and use of the service. **What do you dislike about Onehub?** We do not like that the basic version has so many limitations of use. The user is practically forced to acquire the Premium plans to be able to use the true power of the platform. Its integration with the Wrike platform makes it slow to attach files to project tasks. **Recommendations to others considering Onehub:** We highly recommend using Onehub. This file sharing service has helped a lot with the document management of our team. We recommend its integration with the adobe acrobat platform, with which you can share pdf files very comfortably. In this sense, everything stored in the cloud can be organized offline in folders to suit the user, and the links to share each file may or may not be expirable (also at the discretion of the user). ### 32. It is so customizable that we can turn it into something completely different from what it was in the beginning. Onehub offers excellent monitoring of work time, and the progress of each employee. It also allows you to add phone numbers, links, and all kinds of text to our worksheets. In addition, its column system serves to maintain a complete visualization of the workflow. **What do you dislike about Onehub?** What we dislike about this software is that it does not allow the direct management of electronic signatures, nor of automated marketing campaigns by email (with this we refer to the drip campaigns). The platform does not offer guided problem solving, nor text and image editor. **Recommendations to others considering Onehub:** The most advisable about Onehub turn out to be its integrations. By combining the platform with others, a better quality of work and storage in the cloud is achieved. Some examples are the slack, dropbox, google calendar and Microsoft Excel platforms, with which you can greatly optimize the management of each project. **What problems is Onehub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to Onehub we have saved the slow processes of creation of projects from scratch, since the platform offers excellent templates to work with, that we only have to personalize. These templates save time and effort, and serve to cover all the work processes that we want to include. It was also useful to help us to alternate our work between computers and mobile devices, since the information is synchronized in the cloud immediately and has a good mobile deployment. ### 33. There were continual contingencies that often prevented us from fulfilling 100% of our assignments. Always willing to get a better option, we dared to implement the use of Onehub, although in principle we felt the distrust that is felt to face new things, however we confess that it turned out to be an excellent alternative. It has provided us with the possibility of non-face-to-face exchange, it is a way of following up progress, in order to keep those involved informed. The business projects contain information that must be analyzed simultaneously and constantly by the working group, so that we now have a tool for simultaneous work through the cloud, without restrictions because for our convenience we work either from an iPhone, iPad, and android, PC, from the comfort of home, in the office, and even on business trips outside the country. We get rid of limitations on the size of the files to share or depend on an email to attach them. Confidential documents are protected by reducing the risks, and only the responsible person can authorize access to the information at the appropriate time and whoever they think may have access to it. It doesn’t seem like there are ways to make it easy to edit by other people.
