It generates reports in time. It resolves any issues with delay during peak hours.Its great, for supporting customers on social media platforms.

It is difficult due to delayed support and prolonged issue resolution, which is quite frustrating.

OneDirect Feedback Cloud solves the problems of collecting customer feedback. This helps our business by understanding customer needs better enhance our products and services.

The platform's ability to direct all the consumer feedbacks on various platforms at one place makes it easy for a company to have all the consumer feedback at one place and respond to them. It also helps in monitoring the consumer feedback in a time efficient manner.

**What do you dislike about OneDirect Feedback Cloud?**

Its inability to generate customised reports based on tags added to the feedback from customers. Currently it provides the option to generate raw dump of entire data only.

Currently the consumer posts the feedback on various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google etc. This software helps businesses to have all the consumer feedback received on various platforms at one place. It also helps the businesses to respond to the feedback and also keep a trail on the feedback status. Also, the feedback can be grouped under various tags. The feedback tagging feature helps to analyse the data and understand consumer sentiment.

**What do you like best about OneDirect Feedback Cloud?**

Small features which were lacking in other tools and apps, like the information of how many followers one, is it a high influencer or the sentiment of the ticket which is being tracked by the keywords, multiple accounts, and team can be added and managed well.

**What do you dislike about OneDirect Feedback Cloud?**

It works with a lag all the time, the lag in loading the tickets, updating the ticket, creation of the ticket.
Data is not much clear and we have personally observed instances where the data was misplaced for two whole days due to an infra issue.

**Recommendations to others considering OneDirect Feedback Cloud:**

It's better to ensure that the support manager for your account is more active and can do things. We have had a lot of bad experiences when it comes to a very long delay, in months to be precise to have something done or looked at.

Really great so far to be used for Social Media platforms as well as Playstore reviews. The real-time dashboard monitoring is a great help which also gives the agent the insight.

The search option is great and I also liked how customer's entire history can be seen on a same page

Sometimes we faced latency issues during productivity hours.

It's  a great tool to provide customer service. You'll be glad, how much easy it is to set up.
