## About OneClick
OneClick is an Operational Intelligence platform built specifically for Chick-fil-A® Operators and their Teams. Most workforce tools are built for head office and handed down to the restaurant. OneClick was built the other way around. It runs where the work happens: on the floor, during the shift, on the devices the team already carries. WHAT IT DOES Scheduling. Build the week, fill positions, handle call-outs and cover, and keep the board accurate as the day changes. Shift setups and positioning. Put the right person in the right position, with their training and ratings visible at the moment you place them. Break tracking. Know who is on break, who is due, and what the day actually looked like. Checklists. Opening, closing and daypart routines that get completed and recorded rather than remembered. Training. Passports and position ratings, so readiness is a fact you can schedule against instead of a guess. MooLa recognition. Leaders recognize team members with MooLa, an in-app recognition points system, for work worth calling out. Chat and notifications. Reach the whole store, a daypart, or one person, without a personal phone number changing hands. WHO IT IS FOR Chick-fil-A® Operators and their Teams. Single store and multi-unit.
