It is very easy to understand how the program works and navigate around it. The overall experience is user-friendly and there are options to enter data through the software or upload it after preparing it on a template. Lack of industry and business specific features for the Housing sector. There are no videos available online for new users to utilise so they can familiarise with how to get the best out of the software especially for reporting purposes. I believe there is alot the software can offer which is being missed out just because of lack of knowledge about what features Advanced Financials can provide. Compared to how we previously raised and managed PO's this is very straight forward and very easy to pick up. Never experienced any slacking performance or downtime, support readily available from those in our organisation who were trained on it on implementation. There isn't really anything I've experienced that I dislike - the software works perfectly for what I use it for (primarily raising PO's, confirming receipt of them, dealing with any variations in them). The integration elements are beneficial as they eliminate manual processes, like downloading and uploading information between systems, which streamlines our operations. The system also supports our reporting needs effectively. Takes ages for customer service to resolve an issue and always pass the buck back to us but after having to go back and forth, resolve the issue but it takes a lot of convincing that it isn't on our side. Had an issue with credits being transferred on the ITK and took almost half a year to get resolved. There isn't a guide on how to do loads of admin roles in one place. Have to figure it out myself. No guide on what any of the error codes are. Plenty more other faults too such as the same invoice coming through 50 times or more everytime it refreshes and other invoices not showing up on financials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
