Onboardly is an all-in-one onboarding and payroll-settlement platform built for hiring in Poland. New hires complete the entire process from their phone in 15 minutes: biometric identity verification (KYC), a personal-data questionnaire, ZUS social-security declarations, and a legally valid e-signature — no paper, no scanning, no manual re-keying. HR receives a ready e-file (e-teczka) and data prepared for export to any Polish payroll system. For staffing/outsourcing agencies and accounting bureaus, Onboardly also runs the full monthly cycle: one-click payroll lists, auto-generated contractor bills (rachunki), Elixir bank-transfer batches, per-client/per-project settlements, and one-click invoicing per end client via Saldeo or Fakturownia. It can even settle workers on behalf of another employer and invoice your clients' clients automatically. What makes Onboardly different: it's the only platform on the Polish market that closes the whole chain.
