The service from staff has been understanding and thorough, I've barely needed it but as soon as I had a question I was answered promptly and get the best solution for my business and my clients. Perhaps, the only thing I could say I dislike is that it isn't dominant in the market, meaning I have to understand other platforms as well to help with clients, I'd make everyone use Omny if I could. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OmnyStudio makes it easy to publish podcasts. The features that allow you to upload the audio track while you enter the information about the podcast is nice. (A lot of applications like this make you wait for the upload. In the case of my show that would take about 10 minutes). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very important to pay close attention to detail when uploading. I have had issues where the podcast doesn't appear in the playlist. After some time I found that there is an inconsistency in a preselected field. Sometimes it auto selects and sometimes it doesn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's really easy to add and update recording for podcasts and put them together with intros and outros etc. It's great for using metrics as well so you can see your listener demographics and other information to help you get an idea of the reception of your podcast. I don't think there's anything much that I dislike. It's a bit annoying that you can't set a default series for all podcast episodes so I have to remember to select it every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
