Amazing service; a great platform. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Tim W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2020 **What do you like best about OmnyStudio?** The service from staff has been understanding and thorough, I've barely needed it but as soon as I had a question I was answered promptly and get the best solution for my business and my clients. Omny is my podcast platform of choice. The analytics are second to none, and the interface is extremely accessible. **What do you dislike about OmnyStudio?** Perhaps, the only thing I could say I dislike is that it isn't dominant in the market, meaning I have to understand other platforms as well to help with clients, I'd make everyone use Omny if I could. **What problems is OmnyStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Omny is usable for everyone. it is accessible from novice to expert and allows seamless integration of production from the network level to the individual show. Omny makes the delivery of my content easy and provides great feedback and analytics for clients. ### 2. The features that allow you to upload the audio track while you enter the information about the podcast is nice. (A lot of applications like this make you wait for the upload. In the case of my show that would take about 10 minutes). **What do you dislike about OmnyStudio?** It is very important to pay close attention to detail when uploading. I have had issues where the podcast doesn't appear in the playlist. After some time I found that there is an inconsistency in a preselected field. Sometimes it auto selects and sometimes it doesn't. **Recommendations to others considering OmnyStudio:** Due to the nature of the software it's important to decide if it's a fit for the overall organization. **What problems is OmnyStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?** My podcast airs on a local radio station and then has to be made available online. OmnyStudio allows you to select the publish date and time. This is very helpful because I can post an episode and have it automatically become available at the required time. The other problem that OmnyStudio solved is managing multiple podcasts within the station website. ### 4. Great app for hosting podcasts **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Maia C. | Project Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2020 **What do you like best about OmnyStudio?** It's really easy to add and update recording for podcasts and put them together with intros and outros etc. It's great for using metrics as well so you can see your listener demographics and other information to help you get an idea of the reception of your podcast. It's also really cool that you can add your own adds in at any time during the recording. **What do you dislike about OmnyStudio?** I don't think there's anything much that I dislike. It's a bit annoying that you can't set a default series for all podcast episodes so I have to remember to select it every time. **Recommendations to others considering OmnyStudio:** Make sure you set your url to what you want it to be before you embed the playback iframe because it will make it stop working and you'll have to embed it again. **What problems is OmnyStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it really easy to run our podcast, we wouldn't be able to do it without omny. We can also categorise our episodes into different series so we can keep track of it in multiple ways. You can also select different shapes and sizes for the embedded playback to put on our website depending on where we want it to go and how we want it to look. It's great having a place to keep track of our reviews as well. And the editing tools are a life saver, it's so easy to edit the recording in my browser.
