I really like OmniDimension for several reasons. The voice cloning process is impressive; it's smooth, can be done in less than 15 seconds, and the cloned voices are clear and lifelike. The customer support has been very helpful, which is vital for my work with reseller accounts. The dashboard is user-friendly, making it a plug-and-play solution where everything just works. I'm also pleased with the API services and how they facilitate things like purchasing minutes and handling phone numbers efficiently. The flexible script feature stands out, too, allowing me to train agents realistically by testing and updating scripts, mimicking real interactions. OmniDimension also offers services in multiple languages, adding to its versatility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think OmniDimension could improve on the concurrency aspect. As my organization and the number of customers grow, it would be great if they could offer default concurrencies when customers purchase minutes as the main account. While additional concurrencies can be bought, having a default one would make things easier and more cost-effective, especially for non-tech customers who may not understand all these details. Additionally, offering complementary minutes every month when recharging a certain amount would be a nice feature to keep customers engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that OmniDimension is swift, adaptive, and cost-effective. It reduces overall cost and improves efficiency. Its AI learns about my customers’ behavior and gives me output directly in “Qualified” or “Not Qualified” categories. It can also act as a replacement when someone leaves, instead of requiring the effort of finding and training someone new. Setup was much easier with the OmniDimension team’s active support. I sometimes notice AI latency. OmniDimension also responds to background noise, hearing traffic or other noisy backgrounds as active input and giving answers I don’t need. I think it should have active noise cancellation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
OmniDimension makes the first call to every new enquiry at our institute. Our AI counsellor calls leads within minutes of them enquiring, confirms counselling sessions before they start, makes follow-up calls and transfers the right conversations to our team. It connects to our own CRM through its API and webhooks, so every call outcome and transcript lands on the lead record. Our people now spend their time on the conversations that matter, not the first call. The OmniDimension team was quick to help us set it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On inbound calls there is a pause of a few seconds before the agent speaks, and when a call is transferred to a person the recording stops at the transfer, so we lose that part of the conversation. Both are known to the team and they are working on them. Support has been responsive whenever we raised an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
