**What do you like best about Okito Ltd.?**

As a B2B wholesale platform running on nopCommerce, managing consent across both vendor and buyer accounts was a real challenge. Okito handled this cleanly — the integration was smooth, and we were up and running within a day. The consent log and audit trail features are particularly valuable for us; as a platform handling registered business users, being able to demonstrate GDPR compliance at any point gives us real confidence. The granular permission settings let us configure consent differently depending on user type, which most CMP solutions don't support well. Dashboard is straightforward once you get familiar with it.

**What do you dislike about Okito Ltd.?**

The multi-domain management dashboard could be more advanced for platform use cases like ours — when you're managing consent across a marketplace with many vendor storefronts, you want more granular reporting per subdomain. Initial configuration also took some trial and error to get right for our specific nopCommerce setup; better onboarding documentation for non-standard platforms would speed things up. These are minor friction points rather than dealbreakers, but worth mentioning for a platform of our scale.

We struggled with demonstrating GDPR compliance to our B2B buyers and vendors — as a wholesale marketplace, we're responsible for consent across hundreds of registered business accounts. Before Okito, this was a blind spot. The ROI is clear: avoiding a single GDPR fine would cost multiples of what Okito charges annually. Platform performance has also been reliable — no downtime or consent-related errors since implementation.
