**What do you like best about OfficeClip Contact Manager?**

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. OfficeClip Contact Manager helps me keep contact information, follow-up activities, and daily work organized in one place. Earlier, contact records, reminders, and activity notes were spread across different files, but now it is easier to keep everything structured and easy to access. The system is easy to use, and getting started did not require much effort.

One feature I find useful is contact management because it keeps records organized and easy to review. The task management and follow-up tracking features also help make sure important activities are not missed. I also like that notes, activity history, reminders, search functions, and contact-related information are available in one place. This makes it easier to find information quickly and keep daily work better organized. For my health education activities, it also helps me manage communication and content-related follow-ups more efficiently.

Performance has been good during regular use. Opening records, updating information, managing tasks, and reviewing activity history feels smooth and does not slow down my workflow. The available features include contact management, task tracking, reminders, reporting, activity history, and workflow organization that support day-to-day work. Overall, OfficeClip Contact Manager helps me stay organized, manage follow-ups more efficiently, and keep routine clinic and content-related activities structured.

**What do you dislike about OfficeClip Contact Manager?**

Some sections of the interface feel a little dated compared to newer tools. I also feel that certain pages contain a lot of information at once, so new users may need some time to become familiar with the layout and navigation. The reporting and activity tracking features are useful, but a few additional filtering options could make reviewing large amounts of information easier.

It is helping me solve the problem of keeping contact information, follow-up activities, and daily work organized in one place. Earlier, contact records, reminders, activity notes, and follow-up details were often spread across different files and records, which made tracking ongoing work more difficult. With OfficeClip Contact Manager, I can keep this information organized and access it more easily when needed.

For my work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, homeopathy clinic manager, and health education content creator, it helps me manage contact records, follow-up activities, tasks, notes, and communication history in a more structured way. I can quickly review previous interactions, check pending activities, and keep important information organized without searching through multiple files.

It also helps me stay on top of routine work by keeping tasks, reminders, and activity tracking connected to contact records. This reduces manual tracking and makes follow-up management more efficient during busy workdays. As a result, I spend less time searching for information and managing records manually, and more time focusing on patient care, clinic activities, and educational content. Overall, it brings more structure to my daily workflow and helps me manage ongoing activities more efficiently.

I like OfficeClip Contact Manager because it's easy to organize and manage customer information all in one spot. The simple interface and tools help me track tasks, follow up with clients, and improve communication. It saves time, boosts my productivity, and makes day-to-day business activities more efficient and less stressful. The initial setup was quite easy, which was a relief.

The interface could also be more modern and easier to navigate for new users. **What do you like best about OfficeClip Contact Manager?**

The best thing about this platform is that it has all the essential tools under a single platform, from CRM, project management, to invoicing, time tracking and helpdesk. They also have customizable fields and workflows. The overall cloud based with remote accessibility is very effective as well.

**What do you dislike about OfficeClip Contact Manager?**

Their interface feels a bit outdated compared to other Saas tools. And the automation features are a bit limited. Reporting and analytics are not deeply designed. Their ecosystem needs to be widened more; they have very few apps in it.

**What problems is OfficeClip Contact Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Officeclip helps me to solve the disorganised lead tracking and the lack of visibility into project progress. Their manual invoice tracking is also very helpful. On top of it, assigning the tasks and monitoring deadlines is very effective.  Managing the customer interaction is also very clean and intuitive between the teams.

I use OfficeClip Contact Manager for my job, and it's really helpful during my shift. It makes my job get done fast, and I find it easier, simple, and quick to use. I also like the photos and design aspects, which aid in easy researching and problem identification. Everything works well, and I have no issues needing improvement.

The interface of the product for the users is excellent, and the overall idea behind the product is what inspires me the most
Along with this, the overall timesheet product provided has helped us a lot to keep track of the activities among the team members
It allowed our teams to communicate and manage seamlessly amongst themselves and keep track of day to day activities

**What do you dislike about OfficeClip Contact Manager?**

I think the responsiveness can be a little bit better, and the process of the creation of a customer login can be a little less complex from the backend, and the overall experience of the team to fill in the timesheet can be a little bit easier on the frontend part

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeClip Contact Manager:**

I would strongly recommend the product to be used by others for various purposes like as a CRM tool for managing team using the timesheet application; it wouldn't disappoint and serves the purpose very well

The problem of teams with different domains to intercommunicate within themselves was solved by using the timesheets sharing facility of the product by exporting them
Easily manage contacts and use it as a CRM tool for official purposes along with the Timesheet application, which has helped our team to manage the tasks being taken up internally seamlessly with the entire log entries of what activity was done when and so on

Work with a team is a collaboration. As a team member and also sometimes as a team leader, I want to deal with my customers, also teammates. In that case, our organization is looking for good CRM and contact management software. After research so many applications, we found this great application. "OfficeClip Contact Manager" is very helpful for contact management, task tracking, time tracking, and so many things.

Office clip is very easy to setup.   The ability to revise and customize fields provides great options/ways to setup a CRM system to meet your needs.   The support team has been very supportive.  Additionally, I have found the online help provides good information and there are a number of YouTube videos.

**What do you dislike about OfficeClip Contact Manager?**

I would like to have the ability to rename the categories Accounts.

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeClip Contact Manager:**

Know your requirements and explore ways within OfficeClip to fulfill those requirements.  Our company has added custom fields to contacts that enable us to have a specific way to track our information.  An example is we needed to know if someone was retired.  We added a custom field ourselves without OfficeClip customizing the application for us.  The Retired custom field gives us the ability to track and report on a demographic within our contacts.   We are also using campaigns to manage emails during our study groups.  The capabilities in campaign include templates that give us the ability to easily send the emails in a newsletter/corporate campaign look and feel.

We were using spreadsheets on a shared drive.   Moving to OfficeClip we have a common database that is always displays current information and changes.

Can easily assign activities to any individual contact, then later pull up that contact and see all activities that have been assigned to just that contact.  Can set alarms to remind me that a meeting or other activity is coming up.

**What do you dislike about OfficeClip Contact Manager?**

Sometimes deleting an activity bumps you our of the screen you are on.

I use the  Contact Manager. It enables me to know when activities are coming up with any contact I've entered into my list of contacts, plus the the history of activities involving that contact.

Easy to use and very customizable. I have very little knowledge in creating and editing web based programs. OfficeClip makes it very easy to get the look and feel that I want.

The ease of administration and flexibility of the product has ensured that we can modify the product on an ongoing basis. This has helped the OfficeClip installation to evolve along with our needs.
End users adapt to the solution with no formal training, and this has allowed new joiners, to hit the ground running, while using unified, streamlined processes for sales acquisition.

**What do you dislike about OfficeClip Contact Manager?**

As such, the product evolve very quickly. The OfficeClip team is very responsive and has even added to the functionality based on our requests. This adaptive attitude of the team has made it hard for us to detail any aspect which we dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeClip Contact Manager:**

Easy to use. Go right ahead and license OfficeClip.

**What problems is OfficeClip Contact Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to have a unified contact management, account management and opportunity management solution. OfficeClip scores high in all these aspects.
Ensuring that user rights are set on a centralized role based permission, was critical to ensure the confidentiality of the account handling process.
In addition, the OfficeClip synchronization with the Office calendaring system, has ensured that the sales team can easily schedule their meetings.

The platform and the team that develops it are both flexible. My team used OfficeClip to upload and manage thousands of stakeholders, and the dev team ensured we had the fields and features we needed to effectively manage numerous large scale campaigns.

Nothing comes to mind - the tool and the team were great!
