Is evry helpful to trace all activity and let us know how to manage all the Office 365 environment. Microsoft support allow us to mount a ticket if we have doubts or problems on the environmet. It´s easy to use and very intuitive. **What do you dislike about Office 365 Reports?** Just one thing and it´s that we need to pay more for more features even if we have an E2 standard subscription, for example see the username that it´s related on the reports. Its smooth to use and I can see user statistics at a glance. The community support and FAQ section of micosoft is appriciable. It's show repors of outlook mail, edge browser, forms, one drive storage which is intregrated with office 365 reports. **What do you dislike about Office 365 Reports?** The user interface design of different section of office 365 reports could be much effortless. **What problems is Office 365 Reports solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can see the number of active 365 users and how many new user can be added. I can see email analytics also. It also shows to onedrive storage limit of. So, I know how much storage is left. I do not have to search far to find the outlet for an issue. It is a great installment into the current software and helps companies quickly problem solve instead of outsourcing for help. **What do you dislike about Office 365 Reports?** I dislike the help it can derive at times. If I cannot explain properly or do not know what my issue is then it becomes difficult for it to help me at all. The lack of personal help in place with programmed help is lacking compared to many other websites which have active chat boxes for an almost "in person" help. The Reports System cannot always be helpful and can sometimes be aggravating with in a hurry or in need of better assistance. **Recommendations to others considering Office 365 Reports:** I would recommend users to take full advantage of the Reports systems as it creates great documentation of issues and work reports. **What problems is Office 365 Reports solving and how is that benefiting you?** Office 365 Reports helps me to find solutions to common issues or crashes. I am able to use Office to solve the issue verses calling in another resource.
