Offbooks Reviews & Product Details

Offbooks is an AI financial operating system that automates bookkeeping and financial management. The AI agent tracks transactions, categorizes expenses, and generates financial reports without manual input. The system pulls data from Gmail, invoicing tools, Slack, and bank statements, sorting cash flows and mapping transactions to clients, vendors, or team members. It flags duplicates, identifies missing details, and requests clarification via Slack when gaps appear. Offbooks supports multi-currency transactions and provides a unified financial dashboard. Native Slack integration allows team members to request reimbursements, submit statements, and access financial insights. The system generates customizable reports that reveal profitability trends and cash flow patterns. Offbooks aligns categorization with business-specific operations and maintains data security through role-based permissions.
