Integeration facilites are alos easy to use **What do you dislike about Odoo SMS?** The character limit in this feature is limited. also, analytics could be better. **What problems is Odoo SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** this solved us the painpoint of reaching our direct customer. By using Odoo SMS, we can conduct remarketing campaign to save cost for marketing strategy. **What do you dislike about Odoo SMS?** There is nothing I don't like about Odoo SMS. Odoo SMS is doing the job very well. However, Odoo SMS is a new name in Vietnam so not so many people know about it **What problems is Odoo SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Odoo SMS helps me to reach out to the current database without paying more to have a new database. In the past, we have to call the old database, but now, we save a lot of time and personnel because we can use Odoo SMS to send message to them ### 3. It helped me to reach more prospects with its high text deliverability. **What do you dislike about Odoo SMS?** The documentation was tricky to understand at first for beginners. But i found some videos that helped me to understand and setup my first marketing campaign. **What problems is Odoo SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was experiencing many technical issues with other sms marketing providers but Odoo works like a charm. I can easily manage my campaign from anywhere and keep track of the analytics. ### 4. Great tool with easy usage. **What do you dislike about Odoo SMS?** SMS needs to be programmed to deliver client-customized messages, such as asking them to re-purchase the exact same product they purchased previously. It would require some work on Odoo Studio **What problems is Odoo SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps manage your text messaging.
