What I like most about Odoo Leaves is that it makes managing time off simple and transparent for both employees and managers. Employees can request leave in just a few clicks, managers can approve or reject requests quickly, and everyone can see their remaining leave balance and team availability. Because it's integrated with the rest of Odoo, it also helps keep HR records accurate and reduces manual administrative work. For a bouquet of features like CRM, inventory, Sales, HR, etc., the Leave module is best for maintaining executive attendance very effectively. Its unique model provides an employee requests system, which will be forwarded to their approving authority. It will notify every request and record in the database.
