As this product caters to all the needs of the professionals there is a wide variety of learning material to choose from. The links to the course material are easily accessible as they are available for all public. It helps in building a elearning software from scratch. **What do you dislike about Odoo eLearning?** No dislikes to report but it can lead to infringement issues as the videos are from social platforms such as youtube. Also the support takes some time to respond back which could be improved. Other than that it is a great software and any company looking for a LMS solution should opt for it without second thoughts. **What problems is Odoo eLearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool has single handedly eradicated the need to hold induction sessions in our organization. We have converted all the sessions along with product videos and other company policies into videos and provide them during onboarding. Tracking your progress on it is also so easily thanks to the metric they use called Karma points. It makes learning so much fun and easy. There is even option of tracking the expenses while selling the courses in the B2C module. This helps sell the product and analyze the data more efficiently. **What do you dislike about Odoo eLearning?** Some of the features which would help customize modules to free will are not included in the free version and the paid version is a tad bit costly. There is still scope for betterment as the interactive exercises such as quizzes and assignments have limited scope and user can't manually increase the limit of the questions as per requirement. **What problems is Odoo eLearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped us onboard new employees and provide them with world class training so that their journey is smooth and their transition in the company can be as easy as it gets. Also, it has limited features when compared to other LMS in the market. However The open-source nature of Odoo allows users to customize the eLearning platform according to their specific requirements. Cost of the paid bit higher than comparison with other tools.
