It's extremely important and easy to find existing customers; all I have to do is search under the customer's tab. The accuracy of the lease payments is also great, as it takes the guesswork out of exactly what is needed to give to the customer. Additionally, I found the initial setup super easy after all the training. **What do you dislike about Odessa Platform?** If all of Malin's branches could be under one entity instead of all separated, that would be great. **What problems is Odessa Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Odessa Platform keeps all lease worksheets, documents, and payments in one place. It helps me find existing customers easily and ensures the accuracy of lease payments, taking the guesswork out of what is needed. ### 2. In the migration process the Odessa implementation team is full of knowledge and experience. **What do you dislike about Odessa Platform?** On the old/existing version, the customizations have made the support experience difficult on all parties. Updates and customizations are cumbersome. Hoping to fix this in migration to the newest version, which is more dynamic and periodically updated. **What problems is Odessa Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Origination efficiency - the platform will soon make our overall lease origination/servicing processes a lot more efficient. ### 4. Would like all services to be fully incorporated in the Pay-per-use model so we can get the most out of the platform. **What problems is Odessa Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a contract management system that was more compatible with pay-per-use. Having the Odessa Core team behind us is really great in the way that we can connect with them daily if we have any issues with the system, work with them on bug fixes or even work with them on any process improvements that we would require as a business. It really helps having the same Odessa Core team as they can fully understand our business needs and what works for us. **What do you dislike about Odessa Platform?** I think the one thing for me personally about the Odessa System is the upgrades that are mandatory every 2/3 years. This is mainly due to issues that we have faced in the past with certain modules that have stopped working, which we then need to focus on as a priortity so that it does not delay our day to day business. Given that, our Odessa core team do there very best in helping us to resolve these issues. **What problems is Odessa Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Odessa Platform are listening to our feedback constantly on how we can change/improve certain modules that we use within the system to help everybody out with our daily use of the system. ### 13. Odessa also continues to take customer feedback & requests as well as general improvements and develop updates to include these in the product (UI & Quality of life improvements, Data analytics). **What do you dislike about Odessa Platform?** Conflicts between customizations & product updates can introduce bugs. A few reporting customizations were needed as we were not getting what we needed from the included reports alone but this is mainly referring to reports that are used for monthly reconciliations, for other reporting needs, the custom reporting tools are fine. **What problems is Odessa Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enables our business to manage a large portfolio of vehicles and financed equipment with improved accuracy and efficiency across multiple countries & currencies. ### 15. They bring tremendous resources and support to the project... from planning to implementation to ongoing support, they send a incredible level of support at your project. **What do you dislike about Odessa Platform?** The only downside to this platform would be related to the 'best thing' about it... as an executive sponsor for this project, my advice to the next sponsor would be to make sure you can match their 'firepower' with your own. Like any software conversion, be ready to deploy resources to the project... they're going to be staffed to handle it, so make sure you are too. **What problems is Odessa Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Odessa is our main portfolio management tool. ### 16. Another issue that I personally faced was due to recurring freezing of screen.
