I also like that participants can join from different devices without a complicated process. I appreciated the ability of OctaMeet to quickly create a webinar and easily add email addresses. By entering the email address for the video conference, it gives you the email address in the list and the option to choose the role. It's very intuitive and also simple for registration. In my company, they always try alternatives to well-known software, but I must say that the messaging function during the video conference works fairly well. I didn't like OctaMeet very much because during a video call that lasted not even 10 minutes, the voice was choppy, I had to use the chat to say that I was having connection problems, but for me it requires a lot of connection. Also, the browser version is really poorly made; some things with the translator are correct, some are not, which is very annoying. During the meeting, we also talked about whether to consider the possibility of continuing to use it or not. I want to point out that an attachment in .DOC format gave me a corrupted file even though it was correctly opened on the PC in use, which needs to be resolved.
