International call costs that sometimes fluctuates according to hidden fee,UI is complex for new users ,Security risks,Lacks Certain advanced telephony features (such as advanced call routing, sophisticated IVR setups and limited intergration

You can hire on your own and set up some things

Technical support, product without much value and expensive for what it really does

**What problems is Nvoip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they try to resolve the telephony. but the bots don't work, the telephony is very intermittent.

**What do you like best about Nvoip?**

What I like most is that we have the convenience of basically having a cellphone on our computer screen to make the daily calls we need.

**What do you dislike about Nvoip?**

I don't like the constant fluctuations that the platform presents. I've found myself many times refreshing the page, clearing cache, and even logging out of the account, yet there were times when the platform didn't help me even then. I still don't like the calling interface much; it ends up being too simple and not very optimized for the user experience.

**What problems is Nvoip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nvoip helps my team since not everyone has a cellphone in their home offices. Thus, we can use the platform to have a cellphone available for making calls to our clients.

**What do you like best about Nvoip?**

Nvoip is avaialble in low cost and easy to manage, Increased accessibility and hashigher scalability and more flexible in usuage. Its best for startsups.

**What do you dislike about Nvoip?**

Reliable internet connection required but whereas its complete portability

**What problems is Nvoip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has clear voice quality with advance features and very eary to manage. Best to slove business communications, VoIP issues can make calls difficult or even impossible
