I've found myself many times refreshing the page, clearing cache, and even logging out of the account, yet there were times when the platform didn't help me even then. I still don't like the calling interface much; it ends up being too simple and not very optimized for the user experience. **What problems is Nvoip solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nvoip helps my team since not everyone has a cellphone in their home offices. Thus, we can use the platform to have a cellphone available for making calls to our clients. ### 5.
