What do you dislike about NuvemXP?

What problems is NuvemXP solving and how is that benefiting you?

NuvemXPs owner helped us with our original implementation when we converted from Quickbooks to Sage Intacct a few years ago. We reached out when we wanted to add new features and get help with setup and how to use others. Projects we worked on recently were:

Fixed assets/CIP - adding the module, setup

Purchasing - adding module, setup

ACH payments - setup to select payments in Sage creating a single file to upload to the bank for AP weekly vs manually inputting each payment in the bank then marking it paid in Sage.

AR Templates - setup and functionality, how to edit and create templates to match our branded style vs the generic Sage template

New entity - reviewed keyed points of importing historic data to date to onboard a new Company and retain prior years data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering NuvemXP:

Recommendations to others considering NuvemXP:

Salma has an accounting background as a former controller so she understands the needs of the finance team when building Sage Intacct. Most developers only have a programming background and cannot resolve the fundamental accounting issues or sometimes miss the bigger picture. Salma is able to strip it down to how do we want the accounting entry or process to look like and work backwards to make the system work for the team instead of the team figuring how to change the current accounting processes to fit into how the system works. Sometimes it is not possible to get Sage Intacct to be perfectly aligned with the company processes but Salma will layout the various workarounds. This is the value of NuvemXP having brough Salma onboard to their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NuvemXP solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were trying to move our account from another company to NuvemXP for Sage Intacct support because our contact (Salma K.) has moved to NuvemXP. Salma is extermely knowledgable in Sage Intacct and everytime we have a difficult problem to resolve, she is able to deliver. For example, our industry has a complex revenue recognition and billing cycle but she was able to help us create an order entry process so we can have the system do the work for us instead of using an excel to track all the deferred revenue and revenue recognition. Now that Salma is a partner at NuvemXP, I'm sure her expertise will assist in the growth of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
