I purchased the Nureply for writing personalzied email but it only take scrap title from LinkedIn and add it with their statically feeded keywords. Useless landing page - which fools you to buy one month subscription at 30% off and when you ask for refund they reply - We won’t issue refunds as a nature of our business. If the product is usless and not adding value for us - why should I pay? I also asked for refund on same but after consuming only 10 credit and even requested to refund amount after deducting charges for used credits. Totally useless product. What I prefer about Nureply is the ability to warm up an unlimited number of email addresses, it's the ability to personalize emails via AI; the interface is very user-friendly and functional. The unlimited number of email addresses was really an asset for my company. Very few limits, so this tool is really amazing. The customer service is really competent and attentive. I like almost everything in Nureply, it lacks some features for the moment, such as the ability to format emails via CSS or template. Having a button to delete a campaign would be a plus. I love the Ai generated personalised first lines. This has 4x my reply rate, now I'm getting a ton of positive replies in the eCommerce space. It's helped scale up my email marketing agency in just the first 2 weeks using NuReply. I'm able to manage all of my cold email accounts in one place very easily. What do you dislike about Nureply? The lead management and integration with systems is currently limited but after amazing support from the team there they are always improving this. I was using basic email templates with some personalisation on the old platform I was using, I've tried them all... From Lemlist to Gmass and I'm getting the best results from NuReply by far! It writes personalised first lines based on a prospect's website or LinkedIn profile. Saving time and money on hiring someone to do this for me. Not only is it faster but actually writes just as good as I would, and I'm a copywriter.
