I purchased the Nureply for writing personalzied email but it only take scrap title from LinkedIn and add it with their statically feeded keywords. Almost all personalized one lines are same **What do you dislike about Nureply?** Useless landing page - which fools you to buy one month subscription at 30% off and when you ask for refund they reply - We won’t issue refunds as a nature of our business. If the product is usless and not adding value for us - why should I pay? I also asked for refund on same but after consuming only 10 credit and even requested to refund amount after deducting charges for used credits. The unlimited number of email addresses was really an asset for my company. Very few limits, so this tool is really amazing. The customer service is really competent and attentive. **What do you dislike about Nureply?** I like almost everything in Nureply, it lacks some features for the moment, such as the ability to format emails via CSS or template. Having a button to delete a campaign would be a plus. The ability to configure the warm-up would also be a plus. **What problems is Nureply solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nureply with its unlimited warm-up feature heats up about ten of my email addresses, I have the possibility to send 150,000 emails per month so it's really a huge tool! ### 5.
