They don't hide any of their features behind a paywall as all their plans are the same, the only difference being the number of pulls. **What do you dislike about Nozzle?** The dashboard is missing a lot of white spacing, so at first sight, it looks a bit crammed. I like how I can choose how often I want the keywords to be checked (daily, weekly, monthly, etc). The ability to keep an eye on competitors (at no extra cost) is a great feature. **What do you dislike about Nozzle?** You have to invest some time to learn how to use it. I couldn't find any official get started tutorials but was fairly easy to get up and running. I don't like that to login you have to get an email sent to you (wait some time) then click the email to login. Nozzle seems like a very worthy investment for my needs since it can do something basic as rank tracking to giving you a list of all the Google People Also Ask questions related to your keywords. Nozzle also showed me there are way more metrics I can actually look at when it comes to analyzing how my articles are doing and how visible it actually is. One unique feature is the pixels from the top data, which gives you a better understanding of how far down on the screen your article is found on Google in terms of pixels. This matters because there can be paid ads that take up a lot of room at the top of the Google results. I also really appreciate that Nozzle does not charge extra pulls/credits for monitoring your competitors because it's all included with one keyword pull. **What do you dislike about Nozzle?** The biggest downside for Nozzle right now is that it can seem way overwhelming for someone just logging on for the first time. There are LOTS of charts, tables, and different angles to choose from when viewing your data. So there is a learning curve and I think there could be better onboarding guided tours to take us through what we're exactly seeing. Weekly or biweekly workflow webinars from the founder and developers would be of great to see as well so that we know we're getting the most out of Nozzle in the way that the creators have intended. The other thing I'd like to see soon is the dashboard for us to see all the Google PAA questions data ourself without contacting support to give us the report. They're currently working on implementing this, so hope to see this get done sooner than later! **What problems is Nozzle solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to check the changes happening on my site and my competitors all from one dashboard using multiple different metrics. Nozzle is able to fulfil this for me. But what truly impresses me is the comprehensive data that it is able to pull and present in a well-designed dashboard. To some people, the dashboard is confusing and the setup is a little overwhelming. But I like it the way it is. If you are willing to spend some time going through every bit in the dashboard, you will fall in love with the setup. Now all my competitors are standing in line in front of me, naked. I now know every keyword they are ranking for and their positions. I have 5 sites and I'm able to monitor all my keyword rankings with the amount of credits Nozzle has provided. I didn't understand that keywords were grouped at first, but I was more than happy to find out that they categorize related words, such as "online training" or "digital marketing." Google has added many SERP features in the last few years. Some of them may be useful to the searchers, but most are bad news to SEOs, because the first thing these new features do is to push organic results further down the SERP, and the second thing they do is compete for click with organic results. So Nozzle is right about it -- ranking on Google in 2021 no longer just about your position in the organic result, instead, it's about how far down from the top by pixels. To give you insights about this, Nozzle shows you exactly how the SERP looks like. You'll know how much the real estate you are occupying. That definitely differentiates Nozzle from its competitors. By ease of cost control, I mean how easy it's for me to know how much I need to pay for and how much use I have left for this month. Nozzle only limits my usage by number of pulls. It sounds weird to new users but once you understand what it means, it's actually incredibly easy to estimate the cost and usage left. By counting by number of "pulls", Nozzle also offer UNLIMITED competitors analysis. Usually the cost of tracknig competitors are very expensive, costing you many credits, or even separate credits. I don't like being limited in terms of how many competitors I can track because my industry has many competitors and new competitors just pop up out of nowhere. This feature of Nozzle is really important to me. **What do you dislike about Nozzle?** The learning curve is quite steep at the beginning. It has this weird "pull" numbers and features that other tools don't have. These are the pros but at the same time the cons, until you get the hang of it. They need to have better tutorials and better onboarding sequence. **Recommendations to others considering Nozzle:** If you are an SEO expert, start using it now. If you are a data analyst, you've just found a gold mine, don't come out empty-handed. If you are a beginner, you may not be able to get all the benefits of Nozzle just yet, mostly because you are limited by your own knowledge or skills. But on the flip side of the story, Nozzle is not a tool that you will outgrow in just a couple of months. Nozzle helps me identify those new competitors or unknown competitors, and I can just add them to the list of competitors. Nozzle would give me all the past data of that new competitor, like a time machine. And adding new competitors doesn't cost me more. This is incredible. I don't need to ask myself "do I really want to track this competitor? Or are they really competitors? Worth spending credits on tracking?" No, now I just start tracking them. Once you have added a few projects, you will understand why this well-designed dashboard is great for monitoring multiple projects. In just one page, you have an overview of all your website's performances, such as the current rankings, movements, etc. 2) Credit System - Nozzle's plans work via "pulls", a credit system where you can allocate the pulls in a very flexible manner across all your projects. You can control each keyword by adjusting the tracking intervals, devices, locations, etc. With this format, I can track a lot more keywords by prioritizing the more important keywords by assigning them more pulls, ultimately saving you much more credits that can be used to track more keywords. 3) Competitor Tracking - Nozzle tracks the top 100 competitors of your search term rather than how many other rank trackers do it by only letting you select a handful. This makes Nozzle stand out as you can access all this data whenever you need it. This makes total sense as why would you not want to have the data for all your competitors rather than a select few? You can even view the historical data in a way that looks like the actual SERP itself. **What do you dislike about Nozzle?** Despite having a very well-designed dashboard right now, I would like it to be customizable using some kind of a widget system. There are some sections that I feel it's not necessary to be displayed on the dashboard, and I wish they could be removed to provide for a less cluttered appearance. **What problems is Nozzle solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's always a hassle to track multiple projects because many rank tracking tools I've tried do not have a dashboard that gives an insightful overview like Nozzle does. Using Nozzle, I can work more efficiently as I'm able to quickly identify problem areas across multiple projects from a single dashboard view.
