What do you like best about Nova AI?

We use Nova AI at HealOps for sales and outreach. It helps our small team find the right leads and write personalized outreach much faster than doing it by hand. The AI suggestions are relevant and need very little editing, so we spend more time on real conversations with prospects. Setup was quick and the interface is clean and easy to learn. What do you dislike about Nova AI?

Nothing major so far. We have been using it for a few months and only hit small issues. It would be nice to have more integrations with other tools in our stack and a few more options to customize templates, but these are minor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
