Setup was smooth and fast, the team was super responsive, and the results showed up quickly. Page load time dropped significantly and we saw a noticeable uplift in both speed and ARPU. Even though we just started a few months ago, this already feels like a no-brainer long-term solution for us. **What do you dislike about Nostra AI?** No complaints so far - it runs smoothly and delivers exactly what it promises. **What problems is Nostra AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nostra helped us improve site speed without extra dev work. The lift has helped as we have a unique set of third party apps we have to work with, so naturally driving down speed has become an issue. Have used other things like deferment that have helped but this is another beast of a solution. Love it, just renewed for another year. **What do you dislike about Nostra AI?** Not much to complain about here. If anything, more sophisticated solutions like this will cost a bit of money, I still believe its well wroth the cost. They did a live test on one of my clients and the speed went from 600 ms to 16 ms. Genuinely impressed by how much the speed changed by the click of a button. One thing to note is that all it took is one onboarding call to set things. I was impressed with Julian who's their customer success manager who lead the whole process which made things easy. Now it's just a set-and-forget thing unless I make additional changes on the site. Obviously, there are many elements to CRO, but site speed is definitely one of the most important and Nostra does a great job with how they've set things up. **What do you dislike about Nostra AI?** It's definitely not for the Shopify merchants starting out. I wish this was accessible and made sense for everyone at all stages of their business. **What problems is Nostra AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nostra is solving what most site speed optimizer freelancers can't do. It's the ACTUAL result that you can't compete on. 600 ms to 16 ms is unheard of. I've never met anyone else that can accomplish those feats. ### 4. Our client success manager Julian guided us through continued best practices outside of what they directly impact to supplement the work they do and really understood our full customer experience. Daren, Arthur and the whole team really care about our success and are true partners. **What do you dislike about Nostra AI?** Only downside would be the initial price, but you do have to pay a premium price for a premium product. They managed to instantly double the speed of our DTC site and also connected us with a consultant to enhance our UI and UX. Overall, we had an excellent experience with both the product and the team at Nostra! **What do you dislike about Nostra AI?** I wish there were more functioanlities to the product besides just the speed. **What problems is Nostra AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Running a website on Shopify has its own limitations as it relates to the website's speed. We dealt with the same people throughout the sales process right through to launch. I'm not a super 'tech-savvy person, so I really appreciated the time and care they took to explain how their product worked. Most importantly, though, our website is now super fast. Over the years, we've manually tried to speed up our site, but I've really noticed a difference. Once Nostra is up and running, you can 100% notice the difference. **What do you dislike about Nostra AI?** There's not really any downsides. Our website is a LOT faster, and their support is super responsive. **What problems is Nostra AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like most e-commerce stores, our website is loaded with images which slows down the site speed. After switching to Nostra, we were blown away at how much faster our site loaded. Night and day difference, and this is particularly important since so much of our traffic comes from areas around the country with varying internet/bandwidth speeds. It was such a breeze to get setup and getting any changes done. The app does what it says, it installs in minutes, and gets working pretty much immediately. You can definitely see an increase in store conversions, about 15-20% increase from what we see. We will need longer testing periods to confirm but so far so good. **What do you dislike about Nostra AI?** Their pricing is little high especially if your web traffic is on the lower end but if you have over 50,000 views a month, then it is worth every penny. If they offered smaller tiers to start, that would be great too. Regardless, it should pay for itself. **What problems is Nostra AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Faster web page speeds, maintaining it above 80 and 90's which helps with the user experience significantly and thus creating more sales through better conversion rates. We often have our site optimized but they tend to fade over time. With Nostra, you can rest assured that your page speeds are always at its best. ### 13. Not all features are fully built to the desired liking.
