Northbank Technology Group Reviews & Provider Details

Northbank Technology Group is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner helping organizations across Northern California get more from their ERP. Our services include Business Central cloud implementations, migrations from legacy systems, custom integrations, workflow automations, multi-entity consolidations, and ongoing support. What sets Northbank apart is the way we work. We’re a regional, senior team that takes the time to understand how a business operates before recommending anything, and we build systems that stay maintainable over time rather than layering on unneeded customizations. With a background in finance and accounting, we speak the same language as the CFOs, Controllers, and operations leaders who depend on their ERP every day. Our clients work directly with the people who know their systems. There are no ticket queues and no starting from scratch every time something comes up, just responsive, knowledgeable support from a local team that can show up in person when it matters. That approach is why many Northbank customers have been with us for years, and some for decades. When your technology partner understands your business as well as your software, they stop feeling like a vendor and start feeling like part of your team.
