We hire nurses and clinical staff, which means high volume and candidates who are working shifts and can't take calls during business hours. The voice AI screen was the unlock. People complete it at whatever hour suits them and several have told us the process felt more respectful of their time than other employers. The scheduling piece then books them in without the usual four-email dance. Also want to credit the outreach writing. It doesn't read like a mail merge, and our response rates show it.
