No time wasted filling out numerous mandatory fields. The concept of "Every opportunity has a reminder or a deadline," to no longer let prospects slip away. The ease of customizing the steps of the sales process and the fields. The concept of "call script" which isn't really one and lends itself well to assisting calls and qualifying prospects. The prospect (leads) lists are too limited in functionality. At the very least, there should be the possibility to set a reminder. The reporting is limited, particularly it does not offer much in terms of segmenting reports based on the tags assigned to opportunities.
