"Simple and effective CRM"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

Its simplicity to organize prospects and make them turn leads is a great tool, besides that, is also simple to set up the sales funnel and schedule tasks, so you always know what you have to do. I also like the reports that are sent thru e-mail, so I can track how my team is working and what I have to do to improve their results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

Simplicity can also mean that some more complex tools are not available, but in my case, for a simple business like mine, that wants just to keep track of the leads and teamwork, it works pretty fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very good platform for prospecting, I recommend it 100%"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

I find no.crm very fun and easy to use, it allows you to save a lot of time and win new deals thanks to the follow-ups you can set. no.crm sends us notifications and reminders and allows for super clear organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

There is not really any inconvenience, the thing that would be nice to add is to integrate a call software inside, but I approve 100%, nothing else to add. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for day-to-day sales"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

Using noCRM helps with agility. Everything necessary is at hand, it doesn't fall short on features, and it is updated with the essentials to generate sales without friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

It could have feature updates more frequently. It would also be good if it included a form manager to facilitate the entry of prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"easy and intuitive to use"
3.5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

the intuitive way in which I can manage my customers who have already purchased a product, the methods used by the software to report the sending of advertisements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

the colors, the fact that it doesn't have an app that's up to par with the website since it's not very easy to use, the support panel that doesn't give you the option to enter more questions than the ones it already has preset Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It is a very useful tool, especially if it is your first approach to a CRM."
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

It is very easy to implement. The design helps it to be very intuitive. It adapts to the specific needs of the business. It has the possibility to expand the scope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

It seems to me that the loading of goals by period and annually and by product type can be improved. Have the possibility to add statistics and graphs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great All In One Lead Management Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

It's very simple and straightforward to start the process from cold prospecting lists and add them as leads into the system once you have reached out and gotten interest. Simple process to manage leads throughout the sales process all in one platform, then duplicated leads and put them into client folders to re-engage them for other products/services. I like the versatility of being able to add prospect lists via csv files, manually adding them in an Excel sheet style list. or adding them through the web (LinkedIn/Google) with the lead adder extension Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

There is only one thing that I could say and it is very minor. It would be great if there was a way to set reminders for cold prospects to attempt contact with them again after having not gotten through the first or second time. Quite often it takes several attempts to get in touch with the prospect to qualify/gauge interest. The workaround is to color code the rows in the sheet so that you know you need to reach out again, but it would save a lot of time if you could set a reminder to call/email the prospect again to get in touch. Again, minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Your winning horse for LinkedIn and Waalaxy"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

The native integration it has with Waalaxy. The sales scripts, the tasks for after-sales. It is full of details with a super simple and easy-to-start interface. The price is very competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

No native integration with Calendly, MailerLite, or ActiveCampaign. Nothing that can't be solved with Make, but where the entry barrier is higher.

The interface could be updated to something more current. But nothing serious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use and very objective"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

With a very easy and intuitive interface. It facilitates the management of Leads, making it easier to track the sales team's interactions.

I have had experiences with other CRMs and the sales team really liked NoCRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

In general, it meets all my needs, but it could have more native applications for integration with Facebook Lead Ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Minimalism"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

I tried a lot of CRMs but this one is exactly what I was looking for: something extremely simple and easy to use, with a clear and simple interface and the focus on the sales funnel function and nothing else Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

The "status" function and actions schedule is not entirely fluid, I'd improve that, or maybe I didn't take the time to understand it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like WhatsApp templates in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
