What do you like best about noCRM?

I have built and used multiple other CRMs, and NoCRM has exactly what we wanted and none of the extra bells and whistles that sound great, but just get in the way of actually collecting lead information and moving them through our sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

It would be nice to have more flexibility on the Dashboard and some of the reporting. We have to go through several screens and compile information that seems like it would be pretty standard information to review weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually.

On the Contact Cards, it would be nice if the Fields were still flexible like they are, but you could tab through them rather than having to click on each heading to add information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What's best about noCRM is it's very intuitive and easy to get up to run. The search features are fantastic. I'm a salesperson, not a techie and noCRM was the answer for me... I just need to make sales, not deal with a complicated set up... Thank you noCRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NoCRM is the best CRM I ever experienced.

First, the navigation through the software is fluid and user-friendly. You even have the choice to take a picture of a business card in order to upload it!
