"Use for multiple businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

Simple, easy to use (essentially idiot proof), but has excellent features if you are more advanced.

I use this CRM daily for multiple businesses and it is essential for my businesses.

Customer support as fantastic and the initial setup was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

Being frank, there's little to nothing I dislike about it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great, I can keep track of all my activities, when I'm in trouble they always help me."
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

Keeping track of activities I find very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

I still struggle to use the APP. But I resolve it by opening no.crm from the browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use"
4/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

Easy to follow customers, to create automatic mails personalised for each customer. Tasks after selling very useful for my business. Analyses and stats simple and practical. Very easy to configure to my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

Impossible to connect to my quotation/invoice app: I need to fill twice customers' information. The functions quotation and invoice included in noCrm are much too light for my use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"For doubters, if they should use a CRM or not"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

NoCRM has the shortest learning curve that I have ever seen for a software. It perfectly aligns with my workflow, having used no CRM before and using Apple Mail as an outreach tool. Best is the clear differentiation between prospect lists and leads, making it easy not to get overwhelmed as a solopreneur. Five stars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

To me, it is a little pricey, especially as billed by users. But it is worth the money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I have tried dozens of CRM systems. I'm sticking with noCRM.io!"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

I sell my own brand, I am a furniture manufacturer. Since I have a lot of opportunities, I needed to simply clear all the leads. I thought I needed a classic CRM, but it wasn't true. I need to sell and manage the sales process. The only app that meets my requirements is noCRM.io. It has all the functions a trader needs and is very intuitive to work with. In about 3 weeks, I got all the data into noCRM.io and set up the app to my liking. I will think about the highest tariff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

There is basically nothing here that I miss. All features are available in different plans, if you are serious about trading, go straight to the Dream Team plan. Even if you are all alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use"
4/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

I like that it is easy to use compared to other CRMs. You can pick and choose the features that are right for your business vs a system that has way too many screens etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

No real downside to the product. Wish it integrated with our billing system but that is more on our billing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You_dont_need_a_CRM - noCRM (youdontneedacrm.com)"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

Easy to use: noCRM has a simple and intuitive user interface, which makes it easy for users to learn and navigate the application. This means that businesses can quickly adopt the software and start using it to manage their sales pipeline.

Focus on leads: noCRM is designed to help businesses focus on their leads and convert them into customers. The application provides users with tools to manage their leads, track their progress through the sales pipeline, and prioritize their efforts based on the likelihood of closing a sale.

Customizable: noCRM is highly customizable, which means that businesses can adapt the software to their specific needs and workflows. Users can create custom fields, tags, and stages to better track their leads and sales process.

Integration: noCRM integrates with a wide range of third-party applications, including email providers, calendars, and social media platforms. This integration allows businesses to manage their sales pipeline more efficiently and reduce the amount of time spent on manual data entry.

Mobile app: noCRM has a mobile application that allows users to manage their sales pipeline on-the-go. This means that sales teams can access their leads and sales data from anywhere, making it easier to close deals and stay on top of their sales pipeline.

These features make it an ideal solution for small and medium-sized businesses that want to streamline their sales process and improve their sales performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

It's not easy (but possible) to manage how leads are entered that include many people from single client's organization. Hope with the next version you will chenge this :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A true Godsend for Lead Generation"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

What I like best is the ease to enter a spreadsheet that is ready for outreach and the ease to move contacts from one step to the other-- i.e. from cold prospect to lead, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

To be honest, I can't think of anything I dislike. Maybe if it was lead generation features but had more CRM features but I understand that it not their business priority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This is a salesperson's CRM - everything you need, none of the extra clutter"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

I have built and used multiple other CRMs, and NoCRM has exactly what we wanted and none of the extra bells and whistles that sound great, but just get in the way of actually collecting lead information and moving them through our sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

It would be nice to have more flexibility on the Dashboard and some of the reporting. We have to go through several screens and compile information that seems like it would be pretty standard information to review weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually.

On the Contact Cards, it would be nice if the Fields were still flexible like they are, but you could tab through them rather than having to click on each heading to add information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
