"Truly action and results oriented software"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

It's a simple and powerful solution. I love how it's giving a focus on actions and next steps with each individual lead to drive progress and make deal closure on time. It's providing a great level of customization of the sales process and giving all tools needed, like mail and calendar integration, mail tracking, activities tracking, and all necessary statistics of the sales pipeline. What do you dislike about noCRM?

Tool could have more localization and mobile app sometimes giving me hard times as not working properly with setting up dates. Mobile app could have better sync as I need to manually click sync button to be sure I am using the latest, updated statuses of leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Concise and efficient, greatly enhancing sales efficiency."

What do you like best about noCRM?

I really like the simple and user-friendly interface design of noCRM.io. Its interface is very intuitive, allowing even first-time users to quickly get started without the need for complex training, easily finding commonly used function buttons. For example, when entering new customer information, the related input fields and options are clearly laid out, making the information entry process smooth, saving time and effort, and improving daily work efficiency. Additionally, I appreciate its focus on core functions without complex and redundant features, instead concentrating on the most critical aspects of the sales process, such as lead management and sales pipeline follow-up. This simple design allows salespeople to focus on the business itself without being distracted by cumbersome feature settings, enabling them to quickly complete sales tasks. Moreover, the initial setup process of noCRM.io is simple and intuitive. Non-admin users only need to activate their accounts and set up personal information, while admin users, despite having more settings to configure, find it relatively easy to get started due to clear operational guidance. What do you dislike about noCRM?

Sales Automation Rules Limited

Problem: The setup of sales automation rules is relatively simple and can only trigger actions based on limited conditions. For example, it is not possible to automatically execute complex sales processes based on a combination of multiple conditions, such as the customer's region, purchase history, and the time of the last communication. This includes actions like sending customized marketing emails or adjusting sales stages. This limitation restricts the degree of sales process automation and makes it difficult to meet diverse business needs.

Suggestion: Expand the options for setting sales automation rules, allowing users to create complex logic rules based on multiple conditions. Support the use of logical operators (such as AND, OR, NOT) to combine conditions, achieving more precise control over automated processes. Additionally, increase the types of actions that can be triggered, such as automatically updating customer tags or creating specific tasks assigned to designated team members, to enhance the flexibility and adaptability of sales process automation. "Straight to what matters"
4.5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

After having experimented for a long time with other CRMs, NoCRM.io simply captivated us. It is a system that becomes so familiar to those of us who have several decades of experience with sales, "focusing on what matters": the two major stages, from prospect to customer. The industry has taught me that what really matters is having an assistant that shows you in just one line the prospect or the customer, and when you follow that line you can focus on them, and in seconds, with NoCRM you can execute all the actions easily, without having to leave or enter modules, everything is there, it is a single pop-up. What do you dislike about noCRM?

An integration with Google Docs or Microsoft One Drive would be very useful for managing contracts, client documents and reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
