"Simple, Cost-Effective CRM Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

I like using noCRM.io for pipeline management for new sales and partnerships. The simple UX and UI are great because they are very clean and organized without any extra fluff. I also appreciate the price point and simplicity. It's well-integrated with tools like Zapier, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Claude, and the initial setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

I wish a few things were a bit more customizable, but at the current company size, it's not an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about noCRM?

I like noCRM.io for its ability to easily track customer interactions and follow up. The feature that allows me to create leads just by BCC'ing an email is fantastic because it saves me the hassle of filling in a form with fields to create a lead. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and effective lead management tool that keeps sales focused"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

I like that noCRM.io is built specifically for sales teams rather than being a generic CRM. It focuses on lead management and moving prospects through the pipeline without unnecessary complexity. The interface is very clean, onboarding is quick, and it helps salespeople stay focused on actions instead of data entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

It would be great if there were more advanced integrations with some third-party marketing tools. Reporting is solid, but more customization in analytics would make it even stronger. These are minor limitations compared to the overall usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup, Effective for Lead Management"
3.5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

I use noCRM.io to manage and track contacts with existing clients and new leads from trade shows all in one system. I find it easy to use since I can enter information and jot down my notes all on one screen. The initial setup was very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

I am not a fan that the schedule next task and Standby is the exact same thing. I also hate that they hold the online training at the same time every week rather than offering different options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Efficient CRM That Keeps Our Sales Organized"
4/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

I like how clear and easy to use it is. The layout is simple, and it helps us keep our sales pipeline well organized. It’s also very easy to assign leads to team members, which is perfect for our small team. Everything feels straightforward and efficient, so we can focus on following up with leads instead of dealing with complicated CRM features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

There’s not much to dislike, but sometimes I wish there were a few more customization options for reports or dashboards. However, this is a minor thing — overall, the simplicity of the system is actually one of its biggest strengths. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Custom CRM Perfect for Telemarketing"
5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

I have been using noCRM.io for a little over a month for my telemarketing and I particularly appreciate the ability to create custom pipelines tailored to my industry. This CRM is perfect for commerce, much less administrative than other solutions I have tested. It fits perfectly with my vision, which was not complicated thanks to the available support and responsive tutorials. I particularly like the automatic integration with other software, which saves me time. The ability to track the progress of files in B2B as well as in B2C is another asset, with great customization flexibility. The daily updates and the omnifunctionality of the CRM effectively support me in my work. Moreover, noCRM.io integrates perfectly with tools like Ringover, Zapier, Slack, Whatsapp, and Google Maps, which significantly enriches its use. I am also impressed by the ability to customize my communications and create a tailor-made CRM corresponding to my different business sectors. I greatly appreciate these features that make noCRM.io truly suited to my professional needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

The only suggested improvement concerns the addition of more personal elements on the control command bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

The mobile app could be more stable and responsive. Also, advanced marketing automation features are limited, which might not suit teams needing complex outreach tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great CRM, a few limitations but overall great for small to medium businesses"
4.5/5
What do you like best about noCRM?

The organization, the ability to track leads via several metrics like pipeline, status, activity notes, etc. Using the software is as seamless as the data tracking back end. On top of that there are so many useful side features specifically for sales, like goal tracking, email synchronization, and scripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

A downside of noCRM is efficiency, there is a lot of manual input needed to set up sales campaigns. Specifically, when a lead list is added to the CRM, we have to manually create each lead. When dealing with call campaigns with several 1000s of leads, a decent chunk of work and time is required during set up.

Additionally, although the data available is really good, a few metrics are missing I'd like to see. As our company sells several different services but sells to similar lead sources, we run into an issue where 2 sales from the same pipeline are for 2 different services. Then on the back end data tracking, we see sales via pipeline but not what was sold service-wise. There may be a workaround on our end, but it'd be cool if there were customization in the won status stuff. For example, we could have custom tags we could select when dispositioning to won, with tags being the services we offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
