NoCrm is one of the best software I have come across to manage leads and sales pipelines. I have also used insightly before, however, it is way easier to manage leads in NoCRM due to its easy-to-use and user-friendly dashboard. There is just one feature that is lacking like when you have to duplicate the leads in a different pipeline, there is no direct way to do it, you will have to download the list from one pipeline and then import it again in the new pipeline. It can be very simple in instances where you need a bit more. You cannot add contacts, everything is attached to a "lead" and multiple contacts in the lead are not great. Its simplicity is the key to its greatness. You don't need to build an agenda of contacts, enter company info, even you don't need to enter prospect data if you want. You could enter just the info you want/have and the tool allows you to track the deal in a very effective way and very simple. 15 minutes after register I was enjoying the app with very little effort and in a very intuitive way. More than a year later I continue using the app and finding new ways to improve my productivity. I have to subscribe to the expert version because it has the post-sales features. The basic version has a lot of features I never use as I am a solopreneur.
