This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026 **What do you like best about NIX United?** Our augmented staff is made up of gifted engineers, whose skill, insights, knowledge, initiative, and diligence sets them head and shoulders above other staff aug teams I have experienced. **What do you dislike about NIX United?** The only thing I would like better about Nix, is if they had a set of US-based assets... this may defeat the concept of off-shoring, but we have had a couple of opportunities where a US based resource would have been a benefit. **Recommendations to others considering NIX United:** Ask hard questions and you will be pleased with the answers you receive from Nix. **What problems is NIX United solving and how is that benefiting you?** Staff augmentation with Data Engineers, front end development, dev ops, and sys admin. ### 2. A nice bonus is that we have volunteers from Ukraine on our team who find it easier to interact in their native language. In NIX, the majority of such employees (at least there are a couple of managers) **What do you dislike about NIX United?** Sometimes, there are breakdowns in communication. Several times, we could not connect with the manager responsible for solving problems with the database and uploading it to the server. Not that this is critical, but we were surprised we faced a bureaucratic procedure - we were transferred from one department to another. **Recommendations to others considering NIX United:** Conduct a more structured analysis of prices and offers. Well, try to solve as many problems as possible on your own, and therefore, you should have not just a communicator but also an engineer who will be able to solve at least basic or middle problems on his own. It may happen that the solution to your problem will be quick, but you will spend a long time knocking on support and waiting for specifics from NIX **What problems is NIX United solving and how is that benefiting you?** We appreciate the fact that the company offers profitable outsourcing for IT solutions. One of the advantages is the extensive offices.
