I like that Nitro Sign was easy to navigate, especially when uploading files. It was quick to produce an upload, and the download process of the file was easy once signatures were obtained. I also appreciate that it allowed my company to have a confidential and secure third-party contract platform for signatures between the customer and the company. There are a few things that do not work well. Firstly, the ability to edit in or out an updated contract was not allowed. Instead you would need to delete the file and start over. This was annoying and also a bit time consuming. There also were not easy button/labels to apply onto the contract for date/title/name/signature etc. This made the signature section a requirement in the document to be filled out prior. I like organizing all the documents in one central place with Nitro Sign. It also sends alerts throughout the signing process, letting me know when a contact views the document for the first time and when they sign. The user guide could use some improvements. It works the way it's supposed to, however it could be more easily navigated like a wiki page. I would like to see different layouts, or customizable skins offered in the user guide as well as the main pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the easy way to sign any important documentation with this application. We work with contracts for different clients and this time, due to the COVID 19, it has been so hard to get a presidential meeting, so, this application helps us to sign the document in a professional manner.

The signature feature most of the time is not greatly accepted. We have some clients that denied or refuse us to sign using Nitro. Looks like not a secure way to sign as other similar products.
