It was quick to produce an upload, and the download process of the file was easy once signatures were obtained. I also appreciate that it allowed my company to have a confidential and secure third-party contract platform for signatures between the customer and the company. **What do you dislike about Nitro Sign?** There are a few things that do not work well. Firstly, the ability to edit in or out an updated contract was not allowed. Instead you would need to delete the file and start over. This was annoying and also a bit time consuming. There also were not easy button/labels to apply onto the contract for date/title/name/signature etc. This made the signature section a requirement in the document to be filled out prior. The ability to email multiple people is not a feature. **What problems is Nitro Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nitro Sign provides a confidential and secure platform for contract signatures, making it easy to navigate and manage file uploads and downloads. ### 2. It also sends alerts throughout the signing process, letting me know when a contact views the document for the first time and when they sign. The alerts help us determine if we need to follow up with the focal point or if the process is stuck. The initial setup of Nitro Sign was easy. **What do you dislike about Nitro Sign?** If you need to make changes in the middle of the process, you have to start from the beginning with a new file and that is annoying. **What problems is Nitro Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Nitro Sign for signing documents, especially when customers are ready for digital signatures. It organizes documents in one central place and sends alerts to remind us to follow up if the signing process gets stuck. ### 3. You can clearly see what you're working on, what's expected from you, and what you're waiting for from someone else. **What do you dislike about Nitro Sign?** The user guide could use some improvements. It works the way it's supposed to, however it could be more easily navigated like a wiki page. I would like to see different layouts, or customizable skins offered in the user guide as well as the main pages. **What problems is Nitro Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using Nitro Sign we have eliminated all need for fax machines in our office. Until we fully switched to Nitro a couple of years ago, we had large bills for paper and toner. Not to mention fax/copier repair, time and frustration. It has streamlined our accounting, continuity, and sales departments. ### 6. We work with contracts for different clients and this time, due to the COVID 19, it has been so hard to get a presidential meeting, so, this application helps us to sign the document in a professional manner. I like the editability, ease of printing and creating PDF's and the ability to highlight text or insert comments into documents **What do you dislike about Nitro Sign?** The signature feature most of the time is not greatly accepted. We have some clients that denied or refuse us to sign using Nitro. Looks like not a secure way to sign as other similar products. If you can improve this option on your application, would be awesome! **Recommendations to others considering Nitro Sign:** I really recommend using this program, because it is really easy to use. It can help you to solve or close different deals with some clients, taking into account the situation in the world due to COVID 19. It is really hard to set up a presidential meeting with some clients and sign documentation by hand. so this program can help you to provide professionalism in all documents you want to share. **What problems is Nitro Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love the easy way to edit different documents, redact different important sections on different contracts delivered to our clients. We can mark up something important in the document and once this is finished, is not hard to review and sign the document.
