I found it easy to implement, particularly thanks to their Zapier integration and API. The design looks professional, which is important to give potential customers confidence to make a purchase. Support from Niceboard has been responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about Niceboard?** I'd like to see the Candidate Pool functionality improve to match the jobs functionality. For example, filtering candidates today is very basic. I'd also like to see the Zapier/API functionality expand to cover all of the available jobs and job-seeker fields. Finally, while I understand the need to limit the level of customisation to ensure consistent formatting, there are some improvements I'd like to see here. This is particularly true for one of my job boards which sits within a bigger website. I'd like the ability to control the order of links in the header and footer menus, a custom href for the site logo, and more control over the format of the automated emails. **What problems is Niceboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted a modern-looking job board platform, with mobile-friendly web design. ### 2. Requires some integrations or other services to filter and handle notifications. The main thing I'd love to see is a bit more customization capabilities, but cool updates continue to come in so I know over time that will happen. **What problems is Niceboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** A job board is a secondary component to my overall website, so I didn't want to have to build a custom one myself. It can be a lot of work and a big expense. So this plug-and-play product makes it easy to get started, manage, and saves money. ### 5. I also like the color customization to make it congruent with the brand of my choosing. I LOVE the auto-sending to all the subscribers as well! **What do you dislike about Niceboard?** Perhaps even more powerful automation would be welcoming - for example including direct tweet sharing of the company job post instead of just displaying a logo. **Recommendations to others considering Niceboard:** Great and easy way to create a job board without developing it yourself. I've built a job board myself gluing together different no-code tools, and without a doubt, I would always recommend going with a job board software such as Niceboard. **What do you dislike about Niceboard?** It's a bit pricey for beginners and only the most expensive plans get full access. **What problems is Niceboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's crazy easy to have the whole infrastructure ready. Posting jobs, creating company profiles, creating job seeker profiles, charging for jobs, and even backfilling your job board with jobs from other networks. ### 7. But this is something unique to me and the audience I am trying to attract (won't be a negative for everyone). (Also, there is no pre-built job board software that offers this feature anyway). **What problems is Niceboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to get my job board off the ground quickly and to test the need for my job board offering in my desired market, without me having to spend thousands on development. With Niceboard, you launch and manage what I think is a powerful and beautiful job board. Employers and employees can create accounts. Employees can apply and follow the status of their application through the job board. You can redirect the job board to your domain or subdomain. You can also backfill the board, which is great. The creators have also thought about online searchability, as you will see in your dashboard where you can insert your Google Analytics ID, insert meta code, meta descriptions, etc. Also, the job board includes a beautiful blog feature, which is good for SEO optimization. All in all, I highly recommend this new software. I have exchanged a couple of customer support exchanges with the founder, who I find responsive and professional. **What do you dislike about Niceboard?** To be perfectly honest, I have not found anything that I would dislike. With this being said, it would be great to have the ability to customize the header a little more. In my case, I have my company website and the job board is a subservice of my company. Everytime my visitors go to the dashboard, it's obvious that they're being redirected to a third party service. **Recommendations to others considering Niceboard:** I have no doubt that Niceboard would be the perfect match for most people reading this. It will exceed your expectations. You will be able to launch a powerful job board in less than a day, the design is beautiful, and it has back-to-back monetization features. For really sophisticated users (Fortune 100 companies and the like), you probably want to use a more advanced job board that provides sophisticated analytics and things like that. **What problems is Niceboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to launch a truly excellent job board in less than a day. I haven't started monetizing it yet, but I'm already marketing it to attract employers. It's great to have the ability to monetize. Another thing is integrations. It would be useful if we could integrate Niceboard with our CRM. We cannot currently do this, which is a bummer. But in the big spectrum of things, this is a minor point. ### 9. Plus, they provide great customer service. **What do you dislike about Niceboard?** The only thing I dislike about Niceboard or would ask that they consider adding is a Zapier integration. I believe them adding a Zapier integration will open up a ton of new possibilities for growing job boards by connecting different apps to it. **What problems is Niceboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem I solve with Niceboard is that I help connect employers and job seekers through an online job board. I've used the job board to earn revenue, grow an audience, and add value to the brewing industry. I've grown a successful small online business thanks to Niceboard. ### 10.
