What do you dislike about Nice.Chat?

All aspects are satisfactory, although there is room for enhancing the intuitiveness and aesthetic appeal of the interface design. Navigation menu on left would be more wider a bit but thats not an issue because its my personal way tWhile all elements meet expectations, there is an opportunity to improve the interface design's intuitiveness and visual attractiveness. Slightly expanding the width of the left navigation menu could be considered, though it's worth noting that this is a subjective preference on my part.o see. What do you dislike about Nice.Chat?

It has some technical bugs that cause more log in issues, the account verification URL on the mail gets into the blank page without any confirmation. Resolving these issues will make nice.chat much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nice.chat it is a sort of marketing + chat solution tool which has lot of options for integration with other third party services. We can have to any E-Commerce business and we will get the real time information of visitors like their interests, their problems areas and soo on. Its good tool for marketing perspective as well. What I like most about nice.chat is the reply templates they offer for quickly answering customer queries. Other features like file sharing and Chat transfer to suitable person or department are also very helpful when interacting with multiple customers simultaneously. I dislike the subscription structure nice.chat offers. For large enterprises the pricing is not suitable and custom plans are not availbale at the moment.
