As a team lead in my company, it's crucial for me to assess the statistics of every agent. The most efficient chat statistics interface allows for effortless data visualization, presenting both real-time and daily metrics. The inclusion of visitor information and the visitor screen option enhances its potency and interactivity. All in all, it's an ideal solution for business needs.

**What do you dislike about Nice.Chat?**

All aspects are satisfactory, although there is room for enhancing the intuitiveness and aesthetic appeal of the interface design. Navigation menu on left would be more wider a bit but thats not an issue because its my personal way tWhile all elements meet expectations, there is an opportunity to improve the interface design's intuitiveness and visual attractiveness. Slightly expanding the width of the left navigation menu could be considered, though it's worth noting that this is a subjective preference on my part.o see.

**What do you like best about Nice.Chat?**

No difficulties with the set-up process of this nice.chat application on the website. It's easy to integrate using the Script provided and easy to understand. I love the ease of the tool and helps to increase the conversations with the visitors.

**What do you dislike about Nice.Chat?**

It has some technical bugs that cause more log in issues, the account verification URL on the mail gets into the blank page without any confirmation. Resolving these issues will make nice.chat much better.

Easy to respond to the messages on the live chat of the visitors, the pricing is impressive and it is affordable to any business. It enables the report of analytics to track the usage and interactions, it is one of my favorite features on nice.chat.

I loved this Live Chat tool as it is compatible to customize and easy to integrate with the website. Nice.Chat can be easily customized to change the color, position place with the script. Helps to match the color pallet of the website.

**What do you dislike about Nice.Chat?**

I am feeling a little sad regarding the pricing of the nice.chat as it is charging more than the other live chat tools like "tawk.to". It would be good if the pricing is limited to the basic price.

Nice.Chat is helping to interact with visitors easily and able to extract the conversation and sending the analytics report to the mail is a good path. It meets my requirements :)

**What do you like best about Nice.Chat?**

Nice.chat it is a sort of marketing + chat solution tool which has lot of options for integration with other third party services. We can have to any E-Commerce business and we will get the real time information of visitors like their interests, their problems areas and soo on. Its good tool for marketing perspective as well.

**What do you dislike about Nice.Chat?**

Although it has many different options for integration but it is not that straightforward at all, it requires some set of configuration which is somewhat difficult for the beginners.

Its a Live chat solution which we can integrate with any Online business platform like E-commerce site and we can collaborate with the customers in real time. It supports ready made templates feature, trends and user interest tracking features which really helps Sales teams to market the correct products to right audience. We can also get information of traffic, trends and interest. It can be easily integrated with marketing tool's available in the market.

The quick and easy integration of nice.chat by adding the script to the body of my website is simply easy and it's quick to reply back to the visitors. The best part is that is also tracks the analytics, that help a lot.

**What do you dislike about Nice.Chat?**

The Forever Free plan has few limitations and the UI/UX can be much better than the current version. Issues with the Account Verification Email. Having a mobile application to manage chat would be a better upgrade.

Quick Interaction and easy conversation with the visitors or the users are made simple and easy with the help of Nice.chat. The alert system and analytics are too Good.

Adding multiple agents to manage the chat responses on my website using nice.chat and the easy set-up on the website with the script given is really easy and good. Chat analytics and tracking of users is a bonus feature that I've loved the most.

I feel that nice.chat application is slow and lazy while working on it. Mostly I've been facing the login issues and the user experience can be much better to use.

What I like most about nice.chat is the reply templates they offer for quickly answering customer queries. Other features like file sharing and Chat transfer to suitable person or department are also very helpful when interacting with multiple customers simultaneously.

I dislike the subscription structure nice.chat offers. For large enterprises the pricing is not suitable and custom plans are not availbale at the moment. But, well very happy if they can integrate AI in their application to provide advanced suggestions to questions.

Nice.Chat is allowing our business to interact with customers directly at our website without the needing to email support team back and forth. The advanced featues enhance customer experience and result in increased closed deals.

The best part about Nice chat is that it is platform agnostic. My website is on WordPress and Nice Chat easily integrated with it. It can also be integrated with slack to be updated with all the chat notifications.

Nice Chat could work on Auto Replies for queries that are frequently asked by customers to reduce manual human effort. Current this is not offered by Nice Chat.

Nice Chat helped us in answering customer queries real time. It also provides different access levels for different users. The tool also served as a CRM for us. Helped us track user history and serve them well.

The best feature of the nice chat is the triggered chats whenever someone visit the website. 
Also we can do the screen tracking use screen pointers on the live chat.

Thier is nothing as such to dislike about the nice chat only the issue is with the simple desgin of the GUI.
Also sometime its glitchy and fewer updates from the nice chat.

Very helpful chat software platform for any customer service based company.  Very easy to use and easy to understand the features. You can export the data from the app.

Little expensive as compared to the other chat softwares. Not as much guided feature available. Alot of stuff to explore in the software but need help to do so.

Very easy to chat with clients and other users as well. Very budget friendly software for the companies. One can track the chat details from software and easily transportable which makes easy to work with.

The ping time or the reply time is very quick. And once the chat is connected it never disconnects. We use CaseVue along with NICE to give resolution to customers.

**What do you dislike about Nice.Chat?**

Sometimes the chat does not connect to us and we must logout and login again to see if the chat is connected or not. It happens once in 2 days and with many agents.

We are solving banking issues through Chex Systems. WHere customers contact us with their query regarding their banking issue and we check with the bank and provide resolution accordingly.

Users found it more helpful to interact when this tool is integrated into the e-commerce application which was about selling t-shirts to the plus-size people. We are also able to provide quick response to our customers.

It is a bit difficult to integrate it into our website, it is not so straight forward , it requires some kind of IT knowledge in order to incorporate.

The interactive user interface alongwith. It is very efficient and does not lags ever. I have been using it over different connections and have never seen it getting stuck anywhere.

There isn't anything to dislike. Everything is perfect. The only thing that I would like to shed some light on is that, this software has solved a lot of my problems and is far more better than the conventional tools that I used to work on earlier.

It is user friendly and easy to understand. it has got all the features a customer want. It is encrypted and secure platform. Audio & video call feature is very helpful for users.

I can not think of any features which can be disliked. it provides all the necessary features to users. Sometimes it's get stuck due to network issue but apart from that it's good platform to share the things via chat or calls.

It is easy to access and handle, very user friendly and handy. we can easily connect someone via chat or call. We can easily save chat transcript here for future reference.
