NexusCall AI Reviews & Product Details

NexusCall AI is an AI-powered virtual receptionist built specifically for service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, dental, med spa, roofing, landscaping, legal, and more. Founded in 2026 and based in South Florida, NexusCall AI was built by a former HVAC technician and salesman who understands the industry from the inside out. Ava, our AI phone agent, answers every business call 24/7 in English and Spanish. She greets callers naturally, qualifies leads by asking the right questions, books appointments directly on your calendar, and ensures no revenue is lost to missed or after-hours calls. Every agent is custom-trained on your specific business, services, pricing, and service area. Unlike generic AI phone bots or voicemail systems, NexusCall AI delivers a professional, human-like experience that represents your brand. Businesses using NexusCall AI eliminate missed calls, recover lost revenue, and never send another customer to voicemail — all without hiring additional staff. Plans start at $297/month with no contracts.
