I like the visual aspect of seeing everything that is in the tanks, adding to do items and being able to schedule things out. What do you dislike about Ollie? I can't yet import ingredients or things without hand keying in each required field. I'm sure it's something I'm not understanding, or my computer being ancient. Checking accounts, prospects, and searching for stores within a defined geography helps generates target lists. What do you dislike about Ollie? I have yet to identify a downside. My peers use it and introduced me to it saying that it is what I needed, and they were right. They are constantly beta testing and improving their programs. Their customer service turnaround times are very quick. Also, their UX interface is very easy to use and intuitive. Great to manage inventory and costs for our brewery production facility with Ops. The time it can take to get the system online and correct is pretty cumbersome. Need buy-in from the whole team in order to make it run effectively and live by the system daily. Inventory management is a bit clunky. Both recipes and stock are brand specific and there is not any easy way to indicate that I used Muntons instead of Breiss on a batch (which throws inventory into disarray and causes pop up warnings about low stock). User interface and layout is easy to navigate and intuitive to use, as easy or easier than any other brew software I've used. Very little time required to learn to use the software. Difficult to manually add inventory for items you haven't received before if you missed anything in initial transfer of inventory from other brew software. Does not have built in functions for calculating excise tax if in Canada. Have to manually reconcile inventory item by item if you brew before receiving an order. The simplicity and intuitiveness make it easy to use and figure out right out of the gate. It's very organized and can quickly generate reports for production numbers and losses. We do not use it for a recipe database or raw material inventory yet. Ideally I'd like to be able to create recipes within the software similar to Beersmith or Beer Tools. Ollie is helping gain insight into our production/inventory tracking along with being able to tie that into our sales. I would hope little improvements in the future would make it even better." 4/5 What do you like best about Ollie? The interface looks good and relatively easy to use. Lack of functionality, repetive nature of bifurcation between ops and sales. It seems liek there lot of stuff I could do on Ekos that is either impossible of very difficult on Ollie. It's infuriating to have to create items in Ops and then have to creat items again on sales and even more insane to hae to populate an order and then manually put the same stuff in a transfer. The brew sheets for each batch are very oddly sized and configured, makes physical copies of records unwieldy. Serving tanks are also difficult to utilizes without OllieOrder.
