NexiScribe Reviews & Product Details

NexiScribe is a HIPAA-compliant AI medical scribe built for independent physicians — including direct primary care, concierge medicine, functional medicine, and integrative medicine practices. During a patient visit, NexiScribe listens in real time and drafts a complete SOAP note. Instead of stopping there, a trained human scribe reviews and verifies every note before it's posted to the EHR — so physicians get the speed of AI with the accountability of human review, and stay liability-free. NexiScribe works with any EHR, so practices don't need to change systems to adopt it. The platform is built specifically for solo and small-practice physicians who don't have the staff or budget for a dedicated in-house scribe team, but still want documentation handled with the same care a human scribe would provide. Key capabilities: - Real-time transcription of patient visits - AI-generated SOAP notes, reviewed and verified by a trained human scribe before posting - Billing suggestions based on the visit - EHR integration — works with any EHR - HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and security practices
