NexiScribe is a HIPAA-compliant AI medical scribe built for independent physicians — including direct primary care, concierge medicine, functional medicine, and integrative medicine practices. During a patient visit, NexiScribe listens in real time and drafts a complete SOAP note. Instead of stopping there, a trained human scribe reviews and verifies every note before it's posted to the EHR — so physicians get the speed of AI with the accountability of human review, and stay liability-free. NexiScribe works with any EHR, so practices don't need to change systems to adopt it.
