- 1-minute configuration for first-time backup. - Easy to set up & fully automatic. Backups are performed regularly in the background and no action is required from the end user. Backup is taken automatically twice per day. - 
No need for separate admin credentials. Service activation is done with the tenant's Microsoft 365 Global Admin account. - 
Option to create alternate user credentials to access Backup Portal even during possible service interruptions on Microsoft side that may affect the login process with Microsoft credentials. - Option to restore OneDrive files and emails to another user account within the same tenant

Task Manager to track status of restore tasks. 
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) allows granting full or limited admin roles for other users or user groups in the tenant (e.g. to access users' backups, SharePoint, Teams Channels, Planner; permissions to restore data or configure backups; access Audit Log). 




Global Admins and other users granted with relevant admin roles can restore data to Microsoft 365 on end-users' behalf. End-users can read, download and restore their own files and emails in the Backup Portal.

 If the customer also has Entra ID (Azure AD) backup by Nexetic, both are located in the same Backup Portal. Sign in with the Microsoft admin credentials or create alternative sign-in credentials.
