NexAIS CRM Reviews & Product Details

NexAIS CRM is an AI-powered, multi-tenant CRM built for small and medium-sized service businesses in Canada and the US. Every inbound call answered by the NexAIS AI receptionist is logged automatically with the caller's number, a full transcript and a call summary, and the caller is saved as a lead or matched to an existing contact. SMS conversations sync into the same timeline, so the team sees every call and text with a customer in one place. From the AVA panel, users can launch AI outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm appointments or orders, and send SMS, with messages translated into the customer's language and adjusted for tone. Each company gets its own workspace with role-based permissions for owners, managers, sales agents and staff, plus lead tracking, sales-agent attribution and Stripe billing. Plans are bundled with the AI receptionist and start at $197 CAD/month. NexAIS is based in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
