It uses its power capability of using an analytics tool to provide location-based customer intelligence. To take an example we have used the NewGrove insight feature to draw valuable insights on our individual business unit, how were the customer footfalls, ticket sizing etc. It also helped us gain input on our eCommerce business for its delivery part from store business. **What do you dislike about NewGrove Periscope?** NewGrove does not have some features in comparison to its competitors. So you should review and compare the product with various alternatives which can help you get some good features that can help your business or what you are looking for. A few examples like Qlik sense, Improvado, Attracta etc. has some cool marketing promotion features. So please have a look at the comparison and then go for the perfect fit. **What problems is NewGrove Periscope solving and how is that benefiting you?** NewGrove has a very good feature for location planning. So we made use of it for our business. We had multiple research inputs and then we tried comparing more than 150 plus data attributes to draw some meaningful insights and it helped us. We were also able to create detailed customer personas based on sales, demographic and various other attributes to check out our marketing strategy.
