Raddecare Reviews & Product Details

RaddeCare+ is operations software built specifically for Australian NDIS providers. Running a disability support business means juggling rosters, award rates, worker screening and NDIS Practice Standards at the same time, often across spreadsheets and disconnected apps. RaddeCare+ brings that work into a single platform designed around how NDIS providers actually operate. At its core is a built-in SCHADS Award engine. It calculates penalty rates, overtime and minimum engagement rules automatically. Before a shift is confirmed, it previews what that shift will cost, so coordinators can see the cost before they commit. Compliance is built into the rostering workflow rather than bolted on. RaddeCare+ blocks workers with expired checks or credentials from being assigned to shifts. Every shift creation, assignment and cancellation is recorded in an audit log, giving providers a clear trail when auditors or the NDIS Commission come asking. Key features: Rostering and scheduling: week-by-week calendar views, shift assignment and cancellation management. SCHADS Award engine: automatic award interpretation, pay previews per shift and minimum engagement warnings. Worker compliance guards: expired screening checks or qualifications prevent unsafe assignments. Audit logging: a full history of rostering actions to support NDIS Practice Standards audits. Timesheets: shift-based time capture feeding into pay calculations. Multi-tenant cloud platform: secure, isolated data for each provider, accessible from anywhere. RaddeCare+ is priced for providers of every size, from sole traders to multi-site organisations. Plans start at $49/month (Micro), with Starter ($99), Professional ($299) and custom Enterprise tiers. It is powered by RaddeCore, an Australian-built SaaS platform.
